I was referred to Layo through a friend. I was looking to replace my decking and coping around my pool. He told me by pressure washing it and sealing it it would like like new. I gave it a go. My pool decking now looks like it did 20 years ago when it was new. I proceeded to have him pressure wash and seal my driveway pavers. I am really impressed. Saved a lot of money. Highly recommend his services. Very professional and thorough. Thank again Layo, my friends will be calling you.

Layo’s team pressure washed my driveway, backyard and retaining walls last week. Also, they washed the outside of my house and windows (called a house wash).. Everything is so clean, fresh and sparkling. Layo was prompt and professional. I highly recommend his services and company to my friends and neighbours.

Vancouver Concrete Sealing did complete house wash ... driveway patios and walkway, and resurfacing on concrete backyard patios... and also did epoxy coating in 3-car garage in a property I have listed for sale in Vancouver Absolutely fantastic work. Can highly recommend.
