Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge

This is my first time visiting the international departure Maple Leaf lounge in Vancouver International Airport. I usually fry from Vancouver to other Canadian cities for the European route or the US, so I never had much of a chance to visit this lounge.Like the other ones in the international area, the lounge here is better than the domestic ones in food choices as well as drink choices. It also has access to the Signature Lounge. However, I don't have access to that area. The Chili Thai chicken looks good. However, it tastes quite bad, and I could not even finish it.Overall, the atmosphere is comfortable. I just wish that the food could be better.

We came here too late so we weren’t able to get their course meals :( but the inside is big, their selection of food is tasty, and their drinks are good.

First time to the international Maple Leaf lounge. Overall it was a great experience. The lounge is spacious, clean and comfortable. The food had 3 main selections that were made for you, and then some standard buffet items. I had the banana bread French toast and added my own berries and maple syrup. There’s a separate quiet lounge space in the back. Showers, toilets were very clean. Highly recommend this lounge.

Air Canada Maple Leaf Airport Lounge is a convenient comfortable area to wait for a flight. The lounge is clean and has plush seating, good food, drinks and easily accessible USB ports. The lounge made a long layover very much better. Hot soup, sandwiches and fresh fruit are also very nice additions.

Really great lounge. Nicely laid out. Great amenities and facilities. Well appointed. Excellent food and beverage selection. Got meals cooked fresh. Nice touch. Personalized bar service.

This Maple Leaf Lounge is not too spacious considering the amount of passengers stopping by. The food options are… almost as poor as in the Air Canada lounge in Toronto. But I liked the staffed bar service, where the Espresso Martini tasted excellent!

Nothing too special at the Transborder lounge. They had some average looking wraps, chips and cookies. Pretty standard for domestic or transborder Air Canada lounges (the best being Toronto domestic lounge). Cookies were pretty good and I heard the wrap wasn’t too bad.

The staff at the entrance is very friendly. The lounge has divided into three sections, where in the middle you can find food and drinks.Tried the samosas, spring rolls, Thai beef meet ball, pasta, soup and Thai curry chicken. Food tasted ok nothing particular or special. Coffee was very thin. A few kind of cookies for a sweet treat.It is a good and quiet place to rest.
