Hakim Optical Brampton Airport

First time doing business with Hakim, received excellent service from Fayaz. Deciding on frames, lens, options and very quick turnaround service for a call back, honoured the guarantee to fix if it didn't work.

Went there to find replacement frames for my girlfriend's glasess. The person working there Mr.Ben was really professional and help us out. I was planning to get glasses for myself anyways. Went there later after few days just because of him. He is warm and welcoming. 5 stars to him.

I ordered my prescription sun glasses which was promised to be ready in two weeks but instead it took three weeks. As I tried it on I could not see anything and I was not prepared to send it back and wait for who knows how long. I demanded a refund which I got and went elsewhere and got excellent service. No problem with the store associate, Fayaz, all the screw up is at the lab.

I have prepared the myopia lenses for my kid it cost me 900 CAD with 1-year warranty get the delivery after 3 weeks. But optician missed updating the transition into the system.When I checked with the doctor and visited back Hakim Optician to see if the lenses are transitioning, he said yes it is, but when I ask him it is not working. He checked the system and said that it was not requested.We are lucky he updated the power correctly in the order; otherwise, the kid may suffer from a huge impact. Also hoping they have not given the regular lenses instead of myopia leases. Since I have not received any certificate of lenses.Not recommended for kids to buy expensive lenses from Hakim Optician.

Great experience. I went to Hakim and I was looking for nice frames for my new prescription glasses after I looked at many other opticals. And Fayaz was very patient and understood what I needed. Finally we find that special frames with Fayaz professional help. So thankful for excellent customer service. And l recommended it to my friends. Keep it up.

Do not go to that place, purposely they write incomplete prescription so if you are going somewhere else to get the glasses the other company will say find missing information on it!! Shady way of doing business.

Absolutely rubbish staff there! Got my kids eyes checked up from this place and got the prescription which was missing critical information. When called back to inquire about the missing info(pupil distance) the staff said we have to pay 80$ to the eye doctor to get the info on the prescription .Ridiculous. Will never go to them and or recommend them!

My first experience at Hakim optical at Airport and Queen. They were very professional and helped me pick the frame that was suited to me. I since returned because my glasses were broken at work. They replaced the frame right away as the frames were under warranty. Again EXCELLENT service

Very professional. The selection is SO MUCH BETTER than everyone else!!!! I bought a new pair of glasses and had a 25+ years old glasses that I bought from Hakim and turned them into prescription sunglasses. AWESOME. THANKS.
