Octo Auto Service Plus

I was very much pleased by quality of work and attitude to customers. Over last 6 years I was servicing 3 my cars there. Once they even found and fixed problem which was caused by official Mercedes service!Manager Michael is highly recommended there!

I've been going to this garage for over ten years. I have them do all the service on my new cars as they give me better service than the dealership does, while maintaining all warranty maintenance. I can't for the life of me understand the negative reviews posted.

Went to Octo Auto today for the first time. 2011 Grand Caravan giving me lots of problems getting my tires off, Poor craftmanship with the lug nuts and probably 2 per wheel gave me problems. I managed to get 3 tires changed at home, the last nut on the last wheel I couldn't get off. The last day before winter tires are mandatory, I stopped in at 3:30 to get help getting the last nut off, completely rounded. The nut was off and the winter tire was on in 10 minutes. Cost me $40 but it was well worth it. Very happy they could squeeze in a quick job during their busiest time of the season.

Wish I could give zero stars they were that terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! They treat people like peasants and then jack up prices astronomically to boot. Told me my repairs would be $1800 and then when o went to other places they said I didn’t even need that fixed and the whole thing cost me around $300 instead! Very condescending and unintelligent separatists.

Amazing team of professionals that are top notch. Brought my jeep this morning to see what was the problem and had everything fixed the same day I so recommend them.

Absolutely terrible experience with this garage. They took advantage of my grandfather, they didn't give him an estimate before doing $2700 worth of work when all he went in for was an oil pan. They said the car would be ready for 2pm, he didn't get it until 5pm with no explanation whatsoever. They need to handle their business better, but we certainly learned our lesson and will never be going there again. Many other reviews similar to this prove true, this garage should be avoided.

Awful place and they will overcharge you. Typical garage that takes advantage of clients. Avoid at all costs.

This place is an absolute joke! I got charged $115 to take 8 tires off rims and mount 4 back on. NOT installed on my car. I DO NOT recommend this place even if it’s your last option.**** I had called 2 other garages and was quoted $60. I now know why the other garages had a 2 week wait time and this scam of a business had space right away**** DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have been there multiple times. Each time, I am charged far more than anticipated with little to no consultation on their part as to what is going to be fixed and how much that would be.It has happened a few times as well where my car is returned to me incompletely repaired or put back together, with one instance of them leaving a tool in my passenger seat.They lack attention to detail and overcharge you for work they caused and even when there is no one even working on your car.It is close and convenient for me, but every single time I regret going to Octo to have work done.
