Purchased our new SeaDoo Switch Sport from Mike and his ‘no pressure’ approach was refreshing and fun. He was in touch throughout the process and made sure we were informed and confident to get on the water. Learned even more watching Mike, with Rylan and the team, launching and testing our Switch on the lake! And a big shout out to Erica for making the paperwork and bean-counting a lot more fun. Cheers to Mike and the Basecamp team…we love our Switch!

I bought a 2022 Ryker Sport and although it was delayed in delivery (no fault of Basecamp) they have been amazing and got me everything I ordered with only 2 items on backorder (and I got many accessories). Erica Racco was fantastic and a true pleasure to work with. I love their customer service so far in my first experience purchasing anything from Basecamp.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Max in sales and Erica for the financing and in all the years my wife and I have been buying anything from furniture to cars we have never had such a positive and relaxed experience. Max is knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy he answered all our questions and if he didn’t know he didn’t try and fill you full of bs he found the answer and came back and filled us in. He made my wife feel comfortable about being on the back explaining it’s not like a two wheel bike (she’s not a fan of the lean).Erica was extremely friendly and very transparent about the financing.She has a way about her that makes you feel very comfortable and she talks to you like she’s known you for years it was great.I give them both 5 stars for making our first Spyder purchase so easy and enjoyable. Thank you to both Max and Erica my wife and I will be back for our next Spyder in a couple years. Thanks again!!Spyder RT Sea to Sky 2023. LOVE IT!!

Our experience w/ Basecamp was not entirely positive. We were aware that receiving our new Defender was going to take months, but the lack of communication from our salesperson was frustrating... especially as we neared pick up day. When we arrived to pick up our new machine (after having to call and make sure it was going to be ready as promised), it wasn't ready. As our salesman was not there (which we were told ahead of time), we had the pleasure of dealing with Max. Max was amazing and make the pick up experience SO much better. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and did everything he could to make our experience amazing. We would highly recommend Max as your go to salesman at Basecamp!

Getting time away is so rare, so it was great to find Basecamp Motorsports. My husband and I had a great experience and the personalized service we got from Elysha was awesome! She was very thorough and great at communicating. It made such a difference. She made it very memorable and a joy to get out. We can’t wait to come back!
