We live in Osoyoos and Trail recommended the installer for our project, He arrived on time , pre inspected the site , and then went over all the appliances that were required to be installed with the main contractor , All the small items were fixed , electrical , cabinets , etcc, they were very efficient, careful to insure no damages to the area they worked in and then tested all the appliances to insure they worked. Very professional and accomodating as we had changed install dates a number of times. The appliances look fantastic and I have never had such great service from an appliance installer.

We had an entire appliance package dishwasher , chimney hoodfan , wall ovens, coffee machine, laundry , etcc Wolf Cove Subzero and Fisher Paykel Fridge Freezer , they came in the morning as requested , Installed everything , then tested it with us to make sure it worked. Everything looked fantastic and they also confirmed a 1 year warranty on all the installs. Definitely would recommend this company for high end appliance installation.

The Installation was incomplete. The installation technician did not test the dishwasher for proper functioning & left my 84 year old mother struggling with a non functional unit. When asked why the unit did not function the technician texted me a YouTube video for diagnostic & repair of this unit & said that I should contact the manufacturer. I found this very unprofessional & did indeed contact the manufacturer & they promptly sent out a COMPETENT technician who quickly diagnosed & repaired the unit. The second technician said the problem could have been resolved quickly in the initial installation process by a competent technician. I do not recommend this installation company due to incompetence & their arrogant indifference to their customer who is a 84 year old senior & deserves respect & professionalism.
