My wife and I went in as walk ins to get our taxes done there was a short wait about 20 minutes. It took about 1 hour to go through all the paper work and we were done and left with our cash back refund.The staff were very professional and polite.

I was a walk in client and I waited about 5 minutes before I was seen. The staff is great, very friendly, informative and helpful. Nancy even let me leave and get my receipts for a better refund. I will definitely be using them all the time now.
