The best damn southern style Barbecue I have ever had. The Briskets, Ribs, the BBQ sauce, the super chilled drinks, and all the incredible sides made my trip to Calgary significantly more enjoyable. I have honestly considered travelling to Calgary solely for trying this place again! Absolutely recommended!!

Some of the best bbq I’ve had! We sat on the patio outside and ordered the ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. For sides, we had the corn bread, collard greens, creamy slaw, and watermelon salad. Would definitely recommend the brisket, that was my favourite!

Stop searching for a place to eat and go here! So good. We had a brisket sandwich, fried pickles and cornbread and all of it was amazing, the cornbread came with a honey butter that I wish we could buy and take home! The fried pickles were some of the best we have had. They had a tonn of whisky and beer options. Small patio on 17th and great service! We will be back

Hayden was amazing! He had some great recommendations for us. Their chicken is so good that we took the leftovers home. The fries were eaten with no ketchup because they were so delicious. This place is definitely one we will return to. Great food and drinks. If 17th is calling you... Make sure to step in here!

The beef brisket and turkey is AMAZING. To add on top of that, if you show up after 10pm, the smoked meats are all half off based off availability! Had a group of 9 seated in the back booth, had an amazing time, food was good and was worth every penny spent. Can't wait to come back :)

I've been to Hayden Block and this location is just as busy and has an awesome vibe. Checked it out on a Saturday night and it was bumping. This is the place for Whiskey and Bourbon lovers. I love the half price meats after 10pm. The side options are super delicious as well. My favorite is the broccoli salad! Also our server was super attentive and gave great recommendations! Keep up the good work!

The best pork ribs in town! Do not miss the bacon wrapped corn and wet pork ribs! Try their raspberry beer, its one of their own crafted beer! Worth every dollar i spent here! Beautiful.

I’ve been to this spot a couple of times, mostly for the late-night meats and there’s a reason I keep going back. The brisket and ribs are always tasty and are worth a good mention. The spicy fries can be hit or miss at times but then the portions are quite decent. It’s one the nicer barbecue places in downtown Calgary and you should definitely try it. P.S - always order the Jalapeño cornbread.
