I brought in 2 empty bottles for a deposit refund and it was like pulling teeth. I needed an account" and only my account could be refunded... Like I'm not going to save a receipt from months ago... Anyways she did finally refund me

After replacing the filters I had a small leak. Couldn't seem to solve it. Called Kevin and he came to our house after work hours and solved it quickly. Now that is customer service you don't find these days. Thanks for the excellent service Kevin. Will recommend Culligan every time!

Just had a water softener and RO system installed. Very happy with both. What a difference in my water! Kevin was very knowledgeable in the sales department and answered all my questions. The installer was very good too. My basement gave him a few challenges! So far I'm very pleased with the quality of the Culligan system.

Was having issues with my RO system losing pressure they came right away and recharged my system but made sure to let me know this may not be the exact fix. Unfortunately it wasn’t and I needed a new pressure tank. They were so prompt and had a new pressure tank installed the next day.Thank you so much to Robbie, Shawn, Lindsey and their tech Steve for the awesome service as always!
