I went into this place today with my friend to see if there was any way to get her message transcripts, the lady that helped" us said there was next to no possibible way unless her messages were backed up and her phone was factory reset and it was within 30 days. She said there was nothing to do and looked at us like we were stupid. Yet a super quick google search gave us the phone number and information that we needed. All which was on the Telus website very easily located. You'd think someone working there would know something so simple."

Phoned in one day. Stopped by the next day. Great friendly ,courteous ,polite,professional staff got my new Pixel 6, transferred all my contacts and data. A nice quiet store with easy parking and access. Great location. Always great service. Phone was ready for pickup in about an hour. I'm a Happy camper! Thanks again. Set my plan up with my Telus provider!

Been with Associated for years and that's for a reason. Between my employees and personal accounts I'd say we've purchased 40 phones. Whenever an issue arises the service is quick and resolved immediately. Prices are unbeatable, the stock of accessories is incredible & staff are knowledgeable/friendly/to the point. They have a customer for life. If you want the best cell plan & phone for yourself, your family or your business, all the while never having to worry there's a better deal out there, this is the place. 10 stars.
