This was an empowering and powerful experience. Loved that hair and makeup were done on site. They did a great job. The team was very helpful and encouraging. I appreciated Marina's guidance in posing and assistance in choosing a wardrobe. I do wish I could have selected from the in-house wardrobe rather than the selections being made for me. But what was chosen was beautiful. The one missing star for me was the cost (which it's worth it!) And that you don't recieve even sampler pictures until the entire amount is paid off. I appreciate that they offer payment plans, however.

I absolutely loved the ladies that did my hair and makeup, as well as took my pictures and made me feel so comfortable in my own skin! They’re so polite and empowering I 100% promise you’ll love your experience!

I had the most wonderful experience with Marina, Jules, and Jenna! What a rock star team. My makeup and hair was glamorous but still felt like me. I was super comfortable and excited throughout the whole shoot and totally could’ve stayed there for days. I felt incredible and beautiful and empowered during every second of my shoot and for the whole rest of the day. What a thrill and a treasure to have such incredible artists in our community. I love Marina’s unique dark boudoir style, and I’m so looking forward to seeing all the pictures; I already know I will love them. I went in thinking I was nervous. I was nervous for weeks before my appointment. But starting from the moment I walked in to start my hair and makeup i started to become less nervous! The makeup artist was great! Great conversation! Starlyn I believe was her name. Walking into the space to start the photo shoot, I thought I might get nervous again. But Marina was my photographer that day, and she has a special gift on how to make you feel amazing and she immediately washed away all the nervousness I had. She helps you with posing, helps you decide which outfits to wear next, if you’re undeceived, and makes sure before you leave that every picture, every possible pose and outfit you could possibly want is taken so you don’t have any regrets leaving! Very professional, and does great work! Now that’s I’ve seen my photos…… just wow!! They turned out better than I ever thought I could look! Thank you to the whole staff from Jules who walked me through the beginning stages and kept in contact with me prior to my appointment to see if she could help me with outfit choices, or just giving me a pep talk when I needed it, to the makeup and hair and the actual photo shoot!

Marina is the most beautiful person I know, both inside and out. Always putting her charisma in everything she touches. Did I mention, she has the best mural in town? It’s worth the ride just to walk the bridge and look at it!

I had a good time! My hair and makeup were phenomenal. I very much enjoyed our photographer. My partner and I had fun shooting together as a couple.We felt very limited by the space we were in and the flow so we have concerns about how pics and poses will translate. I have read so many amazing reviews about the other studio, but I'm not quite sure how this new one compares as it was super basic small room with a few furniture props.I am looking forward to seeing how pics turned out (I do wish there was some kind of teaser to see how things went) and am very optimistic though based on others reviews of the process!

Simply amazing! From booking the photo shoot all the way to the big day, Marina is constantly in touch, keeping you up to date and giving little tidbits of advice for picking outfits. I wasn’t too sure what I got myself into when I booked, but I’m sure glad I did. From the minute I walked into the studio and sat down in the makeup chair, I felt all the nervous butterflies go away. Sarah did an amazing job on hair and makeup and between Marina and my friend, beautiful outfits were picked. I left the studio feeling confident in my looks for once in a long time and I can’t wait to see how everything turned out!

If ever looking to do a boudoir shoot, A Million Monarchs Boudoir is the best place to go! Marina and her team helped me through every step throughout this process. I was so nervous. I was second guessing my decision. I thought there’s no was I’ll look good in my photos. Boy was I wrong. My photos were stunning, glamorous, sensual, seductive, gorgeous. And the best part, these photos were ME. I felt so beautiful. I’m so proud of myself for going through with my shoot, and can’t wait to do it again with A Million Monarchs Boudoir!
