Our book order arrived today and they are gorgeous! Certainly above what I would have expected from a ‘used’ description. If all books were available in this kind of shape, I don’t know why any school wouldn’t choose used over new!The folks at Western Campus Resources are absolutely wonderful to work with with fast personal service. The customer service at Western Campus Resources is amazing!!!! They are so quick to respond to requests that it has been so stress free dealing with them for all our textbook needs. Their accurate description of used books is bang on!!!!! Our school has been using them for years and we have never been disappointed!!!! Great job guys!!!

Ever since the Alberta Government shut down its textbook warehouse I have been going to Western Campus as my one stop shop for all things textbooks! Super friendly and helpful staff. Very prompt service and competitive pricing! Highly recommend them. I've been telling all my librarian coworkers to check them out for years! It's time I told the internet too.

Our school has used Western Campus Resources for years. This is a great little company. They have been very accommodating when we are looking for textbooks that we are short on. Their service is very efficient and professional. When we did a clean out of our book room, Gerard and his staff were quick to come and buy some of our texts which we didn't use anymore. I would highly recommend them to any school that is searching for textbooks they are in need of.

I cannot even put into words how wonderful the staff at Western Campus Resources are!! I am the Learning Commons Library Assistant at a newly expanded high school and we have ordered all of our textbooks and novel study sets for gr.10-12 from them. From getting the initial quote to the delivery, the whole process is so smooth and easy. The quality of their used books is amazing, which means amazing savings for our school!! I've even had a few defective products and they have replaced them, no questions asked. Hands down the best customer service of any company I've dealt with!!

Have to say this company exceeds expectations every time… Thanks to Kelly and Nelson particularly, whenever I am in need of quick response to textbook or novel needs, they are on it, and fast track my orders whenever possible. Product is always in great shape (even ‘used’ items) and they are fast on the update in providing quotes including shipping rates and ETAs.
