Lovely treat to stay with Merle and Lou. They are warm and friendly.The room and house was pristine yet welcoming.Homemade breakfast was devine.

I've stayed in many hotels all over the world, many of them fancy 5 star ones. But none would ever match the hospitality and kindness of Merle and Lou, the most amazing hosts I've ever had! I usually say people who do what they do with happiness and positive attitude can always be at their peak, and Merle & Lou are a wonderful example of that. My wife and I loved to hear their stories during our (amazing) breakfast.We were lucky to be there during the hottest days in Canada's history, because the AC provided the most comfortable temperature inside, and we had a great night sleep.

Absolutely loved our stay for two nights Merle and Lou were great hosts, very accommodating! Even had the room made up the first day! Breakfast was top tier, waffles and burritos! Very fun conversations with them too! Can’t wait to stay again! Recommend to everyone :)

Just thinking about our trip in 2017, Merle & Lou were fantastic people to deal with. The breakfast was fantastic & the accommodations were the best we stayed at. WARNING: Casa Loma BnB overbooks and cancels bookings with little notice and no apology!We booked 4 months in advance on Booking.com, Booking.com let me know one week prior to the stay that the booking was being canceled by Casa Loma BnB as they had overbooked. I received no additional information from Booking.com or Casa Loma BnB and was out a trip to Kelowna! A Google search for Casa Loma BnB says they still have space for the day in question. Shady, huh?If you value your vacation, stay elsewhere!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. We had the loft suite to ourselves, in Merle and Lou's beautiful home. Lovely hosts and the breakfast was excellent too. Wish we could have stayed longer but we had to rush off to catch our train.

This is a beautiful house with a spectacular view of the lake. The rooms are on individual levels and very private. The couple that operate it are very warm and welcoming. Also, the fresh fruit and waffle breakfast they provided was delicious! We had a very enjoyable stay at this B&B.

Absolutely fantastic view and experience with a wonderful surrounding, five star service, and a great meal with coffee and juice each morning with the hosts. The best part was getting to know the hosts during our stay, they had such great stories to tell.

Very clean and excellent location. Very nice view from the room and balcony.Lou and Merle are excellent hosts.Nice breakfast...enjoyed it so much.Would highly recommend this place.
