I just called to get a hold of my partner and the receptionist was very rude. My partner doesn't have his cell phone on or on him 24/7 , it isn't attached to him. She didn't have any intentions in helping me or directing me. I'm an Office Administrator and take phone calls all day as well, but if a family member is calling I'm not rude to them calling, even at the end of the day.

The canadian winnipeg company might be different than the online company but the names are the same. They more than trippled an on line quote a refused to release shipped product untill paid simply because a pallet was slightly larger than we thought it would be. Every time I ship with the web based portion of this company its trouble and I will never do so again. Probably dealing with a person at a desk is better but I always got calls from their on line devision and the two or three times I used them its been bad and last time it was basicly I was held for ransom. I wil never deal with this comanay again.
