Miracle Movers

I’ve hired Miracle Movers twice and both times they were fantastic. The estimate system means I know approximately how much I’m going to pay, the movers are friendly and they double checked which items were going and which were staying. Danielle was my “moving consultant” and I spoke to her through email and text to answer all my questions. Our final bill ended up actually being several hundred dollars lower than the estimate, so I trust they’re actually charging what’s fair. If I’m ever back in the GTA I will absolutely hire them again.

This was the first time our family have used a relocation company and we were more than impressed with our 2 bedroom apartment move. I and my wife were pleased to say and overall the quote process and price, pick up, transfer and delivery by Miracle Movers was spot on!

Showed up on time and took care of everything. They were careful with our stuff and everything arrived in one piece. Staff were nice and had no issues the day of our move. Would recommend if you need to move in Toronto.

When you hire movers you have to hire trustworthy individuals who care for your things. The guys who arrived were really nice and took the time to evaluate the move with fragiles, boxes and my piano. They were clear with any additional costs that I may incur and went through their method of organization thoroughly. I've used them once before about a year ago and they have been great to work with.Everything went well with this transaction and I will recommend Miracle Movers to my family and friends.

I moved from a one bed apartment to a two bed house with Miracle. I would recommend them to anyone. From getting a quote, to the moving day it was all very smooth and easy. The guys who did the move on the day were great. They were very efficient and friendly, going out of their way to ease any stress that they could for me and my partner. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move and you could tell they were putting care into moving everything and not rush around. I honestly couldn't have asked for more and I am very happy we used them for our move.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They took a long time to load the stuff in the truck and always found a reason to drag their feet when I asked them to move a little faster. Of course, it's so obvious why they did that so they can be paid more for their hours. On top of that, which is THE most important reason not to use their service ever, is their refusal of taking responsibility. They broke my recliner and refused to pay for the damages. They said in their contract if they broke a piece of furniture they will pay for the damage. Total LIE. I had to throw my best love seat in the house away because it becomes useless without that piece they broke in mishandling it. I did everything they told me to do to secure the truck. Everything was secured in place. When I called them they claimed that their workers are blameless and CANNOT break furnitures, and what gets me is their way of shifting the blame on me because they did not drive the truck themselves. I chose not to answer that because it's so absurd. Basically I am responsible. Anyways, worst company to hire to move your stuff, you'd be better off going with other companies that are professional and can take responsibility of their actions.

I found Miracle Movers on homestar's. I was moving from Calgary to North York and needed the best experience for a good price. All of the reviews there were glowing, and so I gave it a shot. Hands down, it was the best moving experience I could have had. They were very professional and had a very competitive price. On move day the movers showed up on time, took their time with wrapping up my items and were very pleasant. When the driver delivered my things in the North York, he gave a day's notice, called when he was near by and was right on time. I will use Miracle again if I need to (hopefully I stay put here for longer than a year), and I highly recommend! Ask for Xavier. Wish you Good luck with all your moves!

Top notch company with outstanding customer service. Could not be more content with the process. My piano was collected and delivered in exactly the same condition. The moving team was courteous, respectful and accommodating. My home had a bit of a challenging layout to bring the piano into, yet they managed to execute the move flawlessly without drama of any kind. Price was fairly reasonable for the excellent level of service I received. Would use them again without hesitation.

We moved from Wasaga Beach to Vaughan. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They showed up on time and moved us faster than I thought was possible. In a matter of only a few hours, they were wrapping up unloading all of our things at our new address. I appreciated the care they showed for all of our belongings. Roman and the members communicated all the details throughout and made sure we were on the same page. I didn't know a move could go this smoothly! I highly recommend this company and team.
