Emily's Oceanside Cottages
Just spent 4 nights here and at first glance you would think this is great. Unfortunately after having a look around this is a very tired cottage and small things could make a great improvement like a good cleaning. Having glasses that are not plastic, at least 4 bowls that match, and extra toilet tissue would be nice. Also, the cottage smelled of cigarette smoke and it was suppose to be a non-smoking cottage. It would really only take a few up dates and cleaning to make these cottages attractive in the future. I would not go back.

Emily's Oceanside Cottages
Stayed in Elizabeth cottage and loft in July. It was a week in the Bates Motel. The bbq was broken, the blinds were broken apart. We had to put a towel over wind to block overhead spotlight in yard. Drive was full of potholes and almost fell through floor of laundry area. The slider patio door needs a screen. Of couse I found the dog doo in the field left by neighbors big dog. Sofa was like sitting on the torure rack. The loft had patched and ripped screens and holes in the ceiling. Door to bedroom needs knobs. Disappointing stay in a pretty location. Advise to go elsewhere.

Comfy, cozy cottages overlooking the Northumberland Strait in Seafoam. 5-10 mins from a few sandy beaches. Great cottages with all sorts of amenities. Lots to do in and around the area - River John Farmers' Market on Sundays, Tatamagouche Farmers' Market in Saturdays, Caldera Distillery, Tatamagouche Brewery, Jost Vineyards, Makagash Cidery at Bella Vista Farms, Appleton's Chocolates, etc. Loved our stay here!

It's a very quiet atmosphere with a beautiful ocean view of the Northumberland Strait. The cottages are beautiful and clean.

Really good place to just moss. The ocean views are sweet and the cottages are clean. The only bad thing I can think of is when I dropped my hotdog but wouldn't blame that on the owner more my fault. But either way I would recommend this place as it is super nice and cozy

We stayed 3 nights. Beautiful view and relaxing spot. We were supposed to have a functional BBQ and promised to have but no show. We had to cancel a supper with friends and go dinining out instead. We also had water problems with the bath and television not working. This is the problem when the owners are not on site. There should be someone around to make sure that things are in order.Make sure you check out before

Loved it, very friendly nice folks! Gorgeous view clean tidy. My fiance just adore it, nothing better then looking out to see the water and being within distance of hearing the waves crash up on the rocks. Pet friendly we took our pitbull & Chihuahua. They were very relaxed happy enjoyed it just as much as us. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Within minutes of Provincial Beach not far away from restaurants. Only down sized if you are looking for any real places to shop you have travel a bit more. Other then that amazing place. Definitely would book there again just maybe stay a couple weeks next time.

Emily's Oceanside Cottages
We were greeted upon our arrival and showed to our beautiful private cottage. After we got settled, we sat on our back patio and enjoyed a stunning sunset over the ocean. We explored the gorgeous property and were able to drive to Halifax for the weekend. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Emily's Oceanside cottages and would definitely recommend this rental to all of our friends!Shontelle & Friend.
