A nice Italian gelato and pastry shop with a wide variety of items. A proper Italian dessert shop with coffees, pastries, cakes, gelato, and drinks, as well as some lunch fare. Clearly popular with locals and the euro set. A good patio though indoor seating was limited. They served me a macchiato to-go the right way, in a kiddie cup!

Dropped by on a Friday evening to have some dessert after getting dinner at a nearby restaurant. We tried various cheesecakes (butterscotch cheesecake, raspberry swirl on NY style cheesecake and pumpkin cheesecake) and enjoyed it all. The butterscotch was the best, then the raspberry and pumpkin. They weren't very busy so there was enough space to sit down and relax and their WIFI was also available to those using the coffee bar. Overall, really good café and will pop in again when in the area.

This is the 2nd time we've gone here. Tasty icecream and desserts. Italian cakes and cookies, etc. Lots of icecream flavors to choose from. If your craving something sweet, this is the place to be. Nice outside area to sit and enjoy a coffee and dessert.

Expensive, mediocre cafe! If you look for a nice and cozy cafe, you wouldn't find that here. Lots of choices for pastries, though. The coffee was bad. Also, do not order coffee is regular cups. You will get less than half of a size you pay for. Ask for a to-go/paper cup. I found it outrageous when she wanted to convince me that it is the same size. When I asked her to pour the coffee in the paper cup, the cup was less than half full. Unbelievable! Her answer: Oh, I guess it is not the same medium size. Really?!!! Not going there again and wouldn't recommend.

I was excited to try this shop but both my friend and I were pretty disappointed.We each got a dessert and Belgian hot chocolates.While the hot chocolates were tasty, the rests were below average for us. We both couldn’t finish the cakes.The birthday cake icing, the whipped cream on hot chocolate, and the mousse covered ganache tasted a bit cheap quality. They weren’t deep and rich in their taste and quality, but left a cheap taste on tongue.The staffs were friendly.

This is by far one of my favourite places in ottawa for dessert, I love the freshness and flavour of everything I’ve tried from here thus far, the gelato is always absolutely delicious, don’t get me started on their crème brûlée, outstanding

Place is nice and cozy. There is a huge variety of chocolates, pastries, and cake. They are delicious, not the best though. The employees are very kind and helpful. Prices are a bit on the higher side.

My children and I stumbled across this shop while looking for ice cream. I am glad we discovered this location as it contains a wide range of delicious-looking desserts. Although we only had Gelato on this initial trip, I definitely plan to come back so I can try their numerous other sweets.

One of a couple of good places for gelato in Ottawa, it ain't cheap but the gelato is to die for, almost as good as in Italy, yes I tried it while down there.You can have alcoholic beverages as well, I will recommend this place to people in the little Italy area.
