As a paying client, I care about the level of service I get from suppliers. ADI staff are definitely not well educated on what they sell and they don't seem to care enough to help understand the product they offer. I also like the freedom to choose the method of payment I want use. I do not agree with what many companies are now calling contactless" payment = plastic
