Such an amazing place! All the staff and extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming to see Chantel for the past few months and she has transformed my skin! She is so kind and knowledgeable, and takes the time to analyze your skin and explain the procedures she recommends. I would highly recommended booking with her for your next facial!

I always go to Yonge and Eglinton location so this is my first time at Oakville Mississauga location. We went to a very not so good weather, high winds and rains. Brought my two best friends for the Super Hydrating Facial. On the day of our appointment, there was a an avoidable situation with the staff so the staff services needed to be adjusted. To make the long story short our 11:30 appointment became 12:30 and supposedly they were only 2 available service instead of the original 3, but someone canceled so 1 of us was able to do 11:30 but my 2 other friends will have theirs at 12:30. Chantel, the store manager handled the situation really well. She apologize for the inconvenience and gave us a complimentary item on the house because we were able to be flexible with our schedule. As always, Pure and Simple never disappointed me with their service. My two friends loved their facials. It was very relaxing. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Chantel and Aneeba were wonderful.

I came here last year when they first opened & got the Urban Renewal facial. It was amazing! I decided to treat myself recently as well to one of their specials (Glow Facial), and it was just as good. I love how they include mini massages while you have a mask on.I had Dea working on me and she was so friendly and informative. I would highly recommend booking with her!I wish they had more deals or cheaper options, as a facial runs high at $100+. Worth it for a splurge, but I wouldn't be able to keep up with these regularly for the price.

Multi-year client of this business and typically fantastic service with very few complaints. I booked the March Deep Cleansing facial, called the same day to confirm the time of 6:00PM. I arrived to the spa at 5:55PM and was checked in with their usual protocol. The entire experience was extremely rushed as I suspect the staff was eager to close down for the day (a lot of chatter and commotion outside my treatment room). My aesthetician wrapped things up and it felt again, rushed. It didn't feel like the full hour as described on the website. I looked at my watch and sure enough it was 6:47PM. I then glanced at the clock in the room at it said 6:57PM, odd. So either the staff sped up the clock at some point or it's an error. But even if it was an error, she would have started later than 6PM.At the check out I made a point of only paying for the express treatment as I highlighted that I was only in there for 45mins (plus time to get dressed) which they obliged.Very long story short, for future customers: keep an eye on the clock when you start your treatment. And for the business owner, perhaps don't book a 1hr treatment at 6PM if the staff needs time to close down the shop.

I get monthly facials here from Aneeba who is one of the lovely esthetician at this location. She carefully takes her time to evaluate my problematic skin and always recommends the perfect treatment every time. She’s also incredibly friendly and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the process. My skin always feels so refreshed after! I’ve done 5 sessions here and if you’re interested in trying their services, I would highly recommend booking with Aneeba.

My mom booked us facials together a couple weeks back, the professionalism of this place is next to non. I was placed in the first room and the facialist took sometime to enterDuring the mask she had left the room for what felt like more than 5 minutes, all while I can hear giggling just outside my door. My facial was supposed to be an hour long, the service finished and there was still about 10 minutes left. I was done before my mom and felt completely ripped off. Not to mention while explaining my concerns she was quit uninformative. Will not be repeating

I went for a facial last week for the first time at this spa and I have to say, it was a great experience! My esthetician was Kathleen who was so sweet, knowledgeable and patient when I asked questions. She took the time to scan my skin and explained what I needed. I was very impressed with her professionalism on which products would benefit my skin. The location is also very clean and relaxing. I have already started to recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks so much, Kathleen! I’ll definitely be back for another facial soon.

Had my service with Alyssa today. She was amazing! Took her time and gave a great facial massage. My face feels and looks great. Will definitely recommend and go back!

So heard about this spa franchise a lot from social media and decided to try out the one closest to me, which was the Oakville location.Booked a pumpkin peel facial which was on a specula for the month of October. As soon as got there, was greeted by the front desk and offered water. Had to fill in the intake form. What was really cool is that they actually had a white board and marker for this. So basically the form was on a white board. Very cool and great initiative to save paper!Dea was my esthetician and she came out to greet me right away. Took me into the room and let me get settled. The room was nice and cozy, dark and very relaxing!Dea explained that she was putting on a cleanser and after cleaning did a quick skin analysis. We talked about my concerns, my goals and what her recommendations were. Then she got started on the facial. It was very relaxing. She was patient, gentle and through. Went through my extractions patiently and as painlessly as possible. The scalp and shoulder massage was phenomenal.After, she offered me a sample of the moisturizer she recommend for my dry skin.There is a huge variety of skin care products and most of them are clean and natural. They have a great recycling program where you can bring in your old bottles for a discount on your next purchase. They are into sustainability and green options, which is great!Loved how my face felt after and two days later it’s fresh and glowing.Would love to go back!!

Michelle was amazing. She took her time to analyze my skin and customize the products she used to fully benefit my skin. I will be back again.
