Their online shop is joke. No return to store, only exchange. And have to pay for return to warehouse. lolWho else charges for returning shipment?

This is for the online site, I would hope in store wouldn't be as despicable. It says no where when you make a purchase that you cannot return any sale item, you can only exchange in store. I live no where near a store an am now a new mom out $300 because THEY failed to make this policy clear. Absolutely disgusting customer service and will definitely never shop here again. If I could rate my experience with 0 stars I would since they basically lured me in and stole from me.

I like this store very much. Their products are Unique, and not similar to any other store in Canada, and also have very reasonable prices. I bought a few t-shirts and jackets before the pandemic, and they still had the same price today.

For those who know the store in Japan, you will not be disappointed. It is the same, except they sell western sizes. We came from Montreal just to shop there.

Lots of variety but sizing is weird in this store. The self checkout was interesting. You throw everything into this bin and it tallys your items.

They only have a few people working there and they are hard to find and they don't have any check out people , in my opinion customer service is horrible .
