Isn't this dealer embarrassed by how his huge store looks compared to the rest? No room to walk his inventory is on pallets not on shelves. One cashier. This store operates like its a tiny store. I go to queensway or Woodbridge over this store. Horrible management

Horrible service, I bought a microwave oven which turned out to be too small and didn't rotate the pop corn pack and burn the paper and the grains wouldn't burst. They did not give me the option of money back and only allowed me to change it for another microwave but really the other models were super expensive compared to Walmart, in order not to lose my money I had to change it for an overvalued one, they do not give opportunity for a gift card or change for another product. I decided I will never shop at a Canadian Tire again.

Auto Service is amazing!There is a old gentleman who works there for about 30 years, his name is Dave, he is awesome! I don't put my car in others hands anymore. He is the best!

This has to be the worst Canadian Tire in all of Canada. The customer service is atrocious, The store looks like it was set up by a toddler. You can't find anything your looking for. It looks like literally a zoo in there. You don't have to take my word for it. Just walk in and I guarantee you'll walk out. It's not a welcoming feeling when you walk into the store. Don't think you can walk around. It's so tight and messy that you just want to get your thing and go. Good luck! If you have problems with your product or purchase you're definitely not going to get help there. I gave the store a couple of chances and that's it for me. I will never walk in this store again. I would rather drive an hour away to another Canadian Tire then never have to walk into this store again. That's how bad of an experience I had. Avoid it if you can!

Had a good experience with the awesome employee in this location. He helped me with huge smile, bringing down the heavy chairs from the shelf, explaining how to use them the best, helping me for taking them to the cashier and out to the van. I felt very much appreciated just to purchase that 3 chairs which I went to buy 2 and by his thorough explanation I got three. Today is a Sunday which seemed they are short in employees, but he was kind enough to spend the time that I needed. Thank you for being such a gentleman!The store need area expansion. Shelves are full which is nice, but the aisles are good only for walking of one person.

Deals on deals. Found everything I needed and sales were on. It's a pretty convenient spot. Definitely not as robust selection as the huge stores out there. It works for us down here. An associate helped me find a sale item no problem.

I wish I could rate this a 0 star but unfortunately I can’t. Every single time I leave this store, I think it can’t possibly get worse and promise my self I will never return only to give it one more chance and some how get worse…To start this store is the most unorganized, over crowded Canadian tire I have ever been in. I feel bad for the cashiers that have to some how navigate this store. The automotive department is good. I dropped off my car for repairs and was carrying my work bag while shopping while I waited for my ride. I was going to purchase many items from the bath depot. However, I was escorted out of the building because “big bags aren’t allowed”. For reference, it’s the smallest backpack I’ve ever owned… smaller than a purse. It was also filled with my work computer, extra clothes for the gym and my winter boots. Will NEVER return to this store. Do not go, especially with a big purse. Very patronizing staff also.

This location has a shortage of staff and it is very hard to get help. The store is very cramped and there is often boxes in the aisles. Overall it is frustrating and difficult to find what you are looking for. I would love to see this location improved since it is located so conveniently.

The worst Canadian tire location ( I believe) . It's small , it's cramped . Difficult to find things they already have. And even more frustrating to find out about things they don't have ( after looking all over the store up and down ) . So easy for them to say we don't have it, we ran out. Just show me where it belongs , on which shelf . Extremely difficult to find help, and direct clear answers. Honestly Honestly, today the only cashier open was the customer service counter. I went looking for low profile 15 amp assorted fuse box . The only one I found was$7.49 opened already, there were other big box for $50 it has a million fuses. I needed one. I am don't want to pay $50. I walked out

This is the worst CT I have even been too. Went in to buy a $800 BBQ. It wasn’t on the floor and was told it was in the warehouse, which is just the Garden Centre. Before seeing the product I was asked if it was ok that the box had a little damage. I said would I be able to get a discount because it’s damaged. Was told that it was only the box and the product was fine. Upon seeing the product it was taped up like a moving box with black duct tape. The boxes was torn to pieces and it was soaking wet. I asked again if we could get a little discount I was told “No. I’m not giving you a discount” in a rude tone by the Store Manager. Asked for the number to head office and was told to google it. I asked for the managers name and heard Joe or John. When I asked which it was, I was told by an employee “It’s whatever you want it to be”.What a joke.
