Really great place to learn self self defence skills as well as get a great work out in at the same time. Richard and the other instructors are amazing, really professional, and just awesome!

What an incredible experience! Just finished up a self defence course and it was so unbelievably empowering. The people at this place are incredibly friendly, encouraging and professional. I highly recommend Richard and this team, in fact I insist that anyone looking to learn how to defend themselves reach out to these guys, you will not be disappointed!

Awesome class! Richard is a fantastic instructor and makes an effort to ensure everyone is working at a level that is comfortable for them. He does a great job including real life stories in the class to provide examples of practical applications of what you're learning. Amazing workout too!

Krav Maga Regina is amazing. I took the women's only class. By the end of the course I felt as though I am able to protect myself in a violent situation. I am grateful this class was offered and I will recommend it to all the ladies I know! Thank you!

Just finished the four week women’s self defense class and immediately signed up for more because a) this is super useful stuff for any woman to know, and b) that was the best workout ever. This was money very well spent, and I felt like it was an investment in my confidence and safety. Richard teaches this class so well— he starts with the most basic moves and slowly builds them up until suddenly you realize you could probably take someone down. He’s super encouraging and clear, and he gets you to push yourself while not making you feel bad if you need a breather. Armando is awesome and so helpful too! It’s fun to go with a friend or three (you’ll be split into pairs), or it’s totally cool to go solo and immediately bond with a stranger. :) And mothers… take your daughters!If you’re hesitant to go because you’re feeling intimidated by the workout or the intensity of krav maga, don’t let that stop you. Three minutes in and you’ll be sweating, laughing, and feeling empowered. Plus it turns out that punching things is a really great stress reliever!!

I'm highly impressed with Richard and his gym. My family has been training with him for years and I have never taken the plunge. With me being heavy and past injuries from the previous year - I was hesitant. The day of my class I was thinking multiple ways to bail, especially when working with your body all day and it is inflamed and sore to begin with...without a workout. I stuck it out and I noticed with in minutes that it's a comfortable, judgement free place. I never felt pushed outside my physical limits that puts my previous injuries at risk but still threw down a good educational workout. I'm writing this the day after sore, but grateful. This gym cares about educating women on intense self defense for the real world. I see why my mother and sisters keep going back. The training is worth the time and money. I suggest you check out a class yourself and see what it's all about.

Amazing course. Richard and all of the instructors do a great job of making this a safe, fun, and friendly environment where you can learn and grow with others at your same experience level. I would highly recommend Krav Maga Regina to anyone looking to learn self defense training or just looking for a solid workout. 10 out of 10 experience!!!

Richard and the other instructors go out of their way to make an often awkward environment be comfortable, competitive and fun for all ages and fitness levels. Awesome place to train and learn self defense and gain confidence in yourself and your power. One of the best workouts I've ever participated in.
