Awesome group in the service department. Had work truck have oil pressure issues on a Friday of the long weekend. Squeezed me in and had the truck fixed within hours and saved my long weekend and turned my day around with laughs.

Our experience in the purchase of our 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 Truck was awesome! We dealt with the sales manager whom made the experience seamless. It was worth the 5.5 hour drive from Christina Lake and we are already thinking about what color our next GM will be! Thank you for the wonderful experience :) - my only concern is that I am going to have to sneak out in the middle of the night to drive the truck as my beautiful wife keep singing the lyrics to that Don't touch my truck" song lol....."

My Chevy Bolt wouldn’t take a charge so came for assistance. Was told they couldn’t help. Called another dealer and they said all that they needed to do was hook up a code reader to reset the car. Still refused to help. Found out online that pulling the 12V battery cable would fix the problem. Still refused to help. Asked to borrow a wrench to do it myself. Still refused to help. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and purchase your GM somewhere else. This place isn’t worth your time.

Worst experience ever. These mechanics don't even have a clue what they're doing with a vehicle.Claimed to have changed my oil, it was still dirty and no new filter.Claimed to replace my air filter, it was replaced but I'm sure it was due to requesting the old filter.Claimed my battery was shot and needed replacement. I literally just replaced the battery the previous week.These guys just rob you for your money because they're the only dealer in town and have no competition.I would stay clear.

Salesperson took advantage of a desperate situation involving a family member and his broke down vehicle. He was travelling through Merritt. She misrepresented the vehicle he had to purchase rather than repair his vehicle. Less than a week after the purchase the “new used” vehicle has issues. The dealership would not stand behind the sale and repair/replace the issues without further expenses being incurred.They seem to be desperate for sales as they try and talk people into upgrading their vehicles offering 0% interest, etc., on new vehicles.
