Harrison & Taylor were amazing to work with. My husband and I live about 4 hours from Haliburton and Harrison made sure to answer texts, calls, emails immediately. We never felt like we would lose out on the deal because of the distance. He went above and beyond to get us in the truck we wanted. Taylor was amazing with the finances and explained everything clearly. When we made the trip out to the dealership everything was ready to go and the process was seamless. We would 10/10 recommend Haliburton Chrysler! WORTH THE DRIVE!!!

I had my truck, a 2018 eco diesel, in for warranty work again! Have had several sensors changed but engine light always back on within 100km usually less. Have the Gold Star warranty but the no star service. Brought it in for a scheduled appointment. The light was on when the appointment was booked but then it went off the day before my booking.I still brought it in because this is an ongoing issue and was told, not very nicely, that if I wanted to leave it I would have to pay $150. Not happy with the service or this truck.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough! They are absolutely the kindest, most honest people you will ever meet. They made a complicated transaction (of my own doing) so simple and really went above and beyond. Quebec folks, they know how to do a lease in QC. The pooch and I are super grateful for our new Jeep. I recently had a tie rod replaced under warranty at Hali Chrysler. They spotted it on my last oil change, ordered parts and called me within 2 or 3 days to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately I was out of town but when I returned home to schedule the work they accommodated me and I was able to get the vehicle in to them within 24 hours. It's really nice to have a Chrysler dealer here so we don't have to drive over an hour to Bracebridge, Bancroft, Huntsville, Lindsay or Peterborough. My only suggestion to them is to change their plate liners from Explore the Kawarthas" to "Explore the Highlands". We are an hour away from the Kawarthas."
