This is an upscale tile store with generally higher quality product than is found in the big box stores. The showroom is filled with all sorts of tiles to choose from plus there are display rooms showing design ideas. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and work with you to help you choose your colors and style. So great selection, helpful staff and prices accordingly.

I worked with Design Associate Hilary O'Donnell at the Canton Tile Shop. Hilary was very personable, friendly and helpful. She made sure to follow up with me after each time we met. She has a keen eye for design and was able to make some really good suggestions for my bathroom renovation. My contractor actually wanted me to use Virginia Tile, as that is who they’re accustomed to working with, but I had such a great experience with Hilary that I insisted upon The Tile Shop!

Great customer service! I really appreciate being able to purchase samples and return for a full refund (no restocking fee). Choose your salesperson with care. Some are extremely knowledgeable and talented designers! We really appreciated their assistance as we tried to make decisions.
