Martindale Dental - St.Catharines

Everyone in the dental office is so nice, they have great skills and Leigh did such a nice job with my teeth cleaning and there is no discomfort at all. Dr. Vic is also an excellent dental doctor.

I first started going to Martindale dental when I was a teen. I am now grown with 4 kids of my own. Unfortunately, we left over a year ago because of how they treated/handled my daughter’s wisdom teeth extraction.Her appointment was late on a Friday. She waited over two hours to be seen. They were suppose to send her Rx for pain and antibiotics to the pharmacy and didn’t. We spent the weekend trying to get a hold of the on-call dentist and have it straightened out. We were able to at least get her abx and mouth wash and she tougher through with regular Tylenol.A few weeks later, we received a bill for over $300. We had double insurance and had never paid for treatments in the past. When I called to discuss, I was dismissed. It wasn’t even itemized.

I’ve been going to Martindale Dental for years-more than 10 if I’m not mistaken. The entire team that works there are very knowledgeable and kind. I am not a number but a human first which in my opinion it should always be that way at every place but unfortunately isn’t always the case. Martindale on the other hand I cannot praise enough. It’s as though it’s a family. They greet me each time I come in enthusiastically. When I have to cancel my appointment, even if it’s at the last minute they always ask if I am okay.With my diagnoses that I have-very accommodating doesn’t even begin to describe it or do them justice. I see the same hygienist named Lauren every time as they know I prefer to have her, and wouldn’t have it any other way. If she’s off sick they call right away to let me know and reschedule.The environment itself is very important as is the people within. Each individual brings something to the table and always makes time to say hello while I’m there… even if I am not their patient that day. Can’t praise them enough.I don’t ever see myself changing dentist office, I definitely beyond lucked out with this place and the people within that make all the magic happen! Keep it up-I have no doubt you will all continue to be phenomenal.Amazing and great job to Martindale Dental!

Doctors, Dentist are doing great, service is great. Here’s the problems. I have Company insurance, and Healthy smile insurance for my daughter I still paid $280. They will let you know after. That this and that is not covered with my insurance, Other Dental Office I paid nothing. I comeHere due to the good reviews,I made bad decisions coming here. You ask first before they do anything to your teeth to avoid surprise payment. Not cheap in my opinion.

Very friendly and respectful staff. As a hater of going to the dentist, I am always anxious and skeptical but the dentist and the hygienists were all so willing to explains d comfort me. They checked in with me regularly and I always felt at ease.

My dental procedure on 6/22 with Dr.Vendittelli and his assistant Stephanie was excellent. I was very nervous but Dr.Vendittelli is a very gentle and patient dentist. He also has a very good sense of humor that made me laugh all the way home.The front line workers are very friendly and there is a genuine sense of team work amongst them. I will recommend anyone to Dr.Vendittelli. My dental procedure was perfect.

I recently visit Lauren(dental hygienist) and I was thoroughly impressed! Also, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the service was prompt and efficient, and the results were top-notch. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for an excellent experience!"

I had a great experience. I went in with a bad toothache and left with the pain all gone. Both Dentist and staff showed genuine concern and provided the best care. This was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dentist’s. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency situation and was in pain. The staff got me in within an hour of my call.The dentist was wonderful, and very friendly.I would highly recommend this clinic.
