On Sep 4/00 I purchased a Meyer Sofa from Lazy Boy Vaughan. It was delivered as scheduled, on Jan 16/21. The photos attached were taken on the delivery day or shortly afterwards.Unfortunately I don't have as much room as necessary to go into detail on the ridiculous communication that ensued. Here is the condensed version:I emailed Raef and Nitin at the store with details and Raef forwarded to their customer service team" but neither called me as requested.I heard from Martina who was a "delivery co-ordinator" she said she would send a technician to fix the fraying and assess the sofa.George W from Vynew Furniture Services came and fixed the frayed bottom. When I pointed out the chipped leg his response was that he could hardly notice it. Very nonchalant and didn't seem phased that this was a new sofa.Martina sent an email advising me that she reviewed the technicians (George W.) report and the photos with their quality control team and felt the sofa was "up to Lazy Boy standards" and no defects were found. She did not return one call.Called again and insisted on a manager and was transferred to Elizabeth Vieira the Customer Service manager. She listened to my side of what had transpired to date and advised me she would review this with quality control and get back to me.Elizabeth Vieira is THE ONLY PERSON I have anything good to say about. She is the only one who answered or retuned my calls and was always professional.I sent Elizabeth a lengthy email outlining the ridiculous service I had received to date and requesting a full refund

I ordered a couch and a rug in October of 2021, it finally arrived in the warehouse in mid April 2022. Unfortunately we could not take it for a couple weeks due to a house renovation. We we ready for it early May unfortunately by this time some of the pieces for our couch were no longer in stock. (i suspect they needed the the parts for someone else as the warehouse employee did say everything was originally there. We finally received everything at the beginning of July. The couch looks great.We did sign up for a flexitie account to gain a few extra months to pay. Going in because of reviews we knew the interest rate was high if not paid by the end of term so we were prepared to pay full by the 3 months. (It's an ultra high interest rate that is retroactive to the beginning of the sale, so be careful)What we were not prepared for was the sneaky credit protection plan flexitie and La-z-boy snuck in. When we saw the first month charge of $180 we got on the phone and told flexitie to remove it. They had us jump through hoops and email another company to have it stopped. They charged us again for this credit protection program we didn't ask for. I paid the balance in full to ensure these charges stop now. WE ARE STILL FIGHTING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK FROM FLEXITIE.Bottom line we now have a pretty nice couch but we still want the money they stole from us back.At this point I'm 50 / 50 if I'd buy from there again but i definitely wouldn't use their finance program.

10/10 service, had a great experience at this store with Catherine & Tony. Both were very knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about what they do.Catherine helped me pick out these tables and design my living room and Tony made for a smooth buying process within my budget

Worst customer service! Sales associate Anet was rude and was giving attitude! Lola (another sales associate) gave a price then changed the price when we wanted to go through with the purchase. She was pretty much forcing us to purchase the same day but I wasn’t sure about the spacing at my place. She was then forcing me to do a deposit!Overall, I was really disappointed in the customer service! There are many ways to speak respectfully to customers!

Ordered our second item from La-Z-Boy, the first being a couch and pair of recliners. This time we wanted a custom Dining Room set. Rosanna has been our Sale Representative and has been amazing both times. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Since this was a custom order, Kathryn, who is the interior designer at La-Z-Boy came to our house, ( There was a snow storm the day Kathryn came, and that did not deter her.......talk about service ! ) took numerous pictures and then arranged a meeting back at the store a few days later. Using the big screen monitor, at the store, we were able to review various options in tables, chairs etc., and were able to mix and match and see the final results on the screen in real time. This made selection of the final products so much simpler and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. Very highly recommended, I will not shop for furniture anywhere else, given the 2 fantastic experiences we had. Kudos to Rosanna and Kathryn, amazing support and service, and the quality of the items we purchased were excellent. Thank you !

Recently we purchased two recliners from this store, and Hassan Billah provided excellent sales support during our decision making and followup customer service throughout the pickup process at the warehouse. He was thorough and customer focused throughout the entire process! This type of service is refreshing and much appreciated. Will definitely refer Hassan and the store to others.

We recently purchased a chesterfield and 2 reclining chairs from Lazy Boy Vaughan location. Since we hadn’t bought any new furniture in over 25 years we were not up to date with the latest styles and trends. We needed help for sure. Kamal was amazing and a great help to my wife and myself. Very patient and knowledgeable. He certainly knows the furniture your organization sells and has great taste when it comes to coordinating different styles and colours. He is a great asset to your firm. I have no doubt we will be visiting him again soon for additional furniture pieces. Thanks so much for all your help Kamal. See you in the near future. Sincerely

They took the time to help us plan and purchase items for our new house that took advantage of size and colours to give us exactly what we were looking for. Couldn’t be happier with their service or the quality of the goods we purchased from La Z Boy in Vaughn.

Purchased a lift chair in Aug 2022. Was told by sales person, I could get a sales tax rebate if chair is for someone with a disability. I provided proof of same to store. Confirmed with sales person they received, and in progress -still nothing. The chair is OK, you may be able to find a similar chair elsewhere for less. Marketed as a premium brand, with a price to match. My experience was that only half of this is true.Update June 2023. I received a call from their customer service folks- wanting to know what to with the refund...So after 10 months I finally did receive.
