I would like to resonate my point of view and experience by giving a 5-star review to Remedy'sRx - Warden Woods Pharmacy.From 2011 to 2013 I was a customer of Mornelle IDA Drug Mart but it was always a struggle to get my refills in a timely manner. I wasn't satisfied with their customer service and long waiting time whenever I was visiting their pharmacy.  They lost my prescription multiple times and showed no professionalism. To get a better professional service I switched to Shoppers Drug Mart in 2014 but my expectations fall apart immediately. I realized that this giant chain store doesn't care about its customers as their revenues flow is always consistent. There wasn't any individualized service from the pharmacist and all staff are so rude and careless. Also, it was very hard to reach them over the phone. When I went to pick up my refills they handed out a buzzer and kept me waiting for hours. They failed to communicate with my physician to get refills and missed my home delivery multiple times.So bearing with such a bitter experience switched my pharmacy again to Remedy'sRx - Warden Woods Pharmacy in January 2016. Since then I am a very happy and satisfied customer of this pharmacy. Definitely, I would like to mention that Mr. Mohiuddin is not only a very qualified pharmacist but also an excellent human being. I always feel so supported and have peace of mind when talking to him for any suggestions or advice. Sometimes he went above and beyond his job descriptions to help me out with any health issues or medication needs. He never ever turned me down and I believe there won't be anyone like him in Toronto who I can depend on and trust. However, it is not only Mr. Mohiuddin every staff in this pharmacy is so polite and accommodating. I never had to wait when I call them for any inquiries though they are always busy. They always attend to their phone which is very important and that's the other main reason I like them. I never had to tell them to fax requisition to my specialist whenever my refills are over. They always remind me to pick up my medication and if needed they do home delivery. In a word, they are just excellent. They definitely deserve more than 5-star. I am honestly very grateful and thankful to them. My life could be more complicated when living with multiple chronic diseases if not having such dependable people helping me.Previously I was living near to them but last year I have changed my home and came very far away from their location. Now I need to drive around 40 minutes to reach there but still, I can't think of changing that pharmacy. I am writing this review now because when I was thinking to change my pharmacy I get scared and I think I will not get such a service anywhere else!

Very cooperative staff. Got the eye drops for my husband which was supposed to start from the next day for his surgery. Shoppers Drug Mart refused to give me stating that they need the original prescription. Thank you Remedy's team. Ee wouldn't have to reschedule the surgery ( we which might require another 6 months). :)

First to start with a big thanks to Pharmacist Mr. Mahiuddin and his team for excellent and efficient service. They treat every one with professional and friendly manner. They manage your prescription and fill it efficiently. The team always go an extra miles to discuss your prescription. Definitely recommend this place.

I am using Warden Woods Pharmacy to fill my regular prescription for couple of years with full satisfaction. The service is really convincing as the staff are very efficient and cordial. Special thanks to pharmacist, Mohiuddin, who is continuously taking care of my prescriptions with his huge knowledge and experience.

Our entire family is their customer for many years. Mr. Mohiuddin is a very rare kind of personality. He does care about his patients. He is a very passionate, empathetic and friendly person.

There are some huge issues with this pharmacy. Incredibly unprofessional, incompetent. We've had instances where medications are distributed incorrectly. Medications are late by a significant amount of time. Bottles have been sent with no pharmacy labels, we don't know what's in them, what amount of medication in each pill. The sheer fact that this happens during a time when we have all these regulations, us quite astounding.May 2021 - my mother is discharged from the rehab center and is now in a wheelchair. The rehab center faxes this pharmacy all the new prescriptions two days earlier. They are given two whole days to complete the order.The ambulance brings my mother home to my place, medications are not done... 5 phone calls during the day. We're given lies such as it's coming
