The worst customer service ever. They are exceptionally rude! The guy told me since I am an international student, I need to pay a 20% down payment to get a new phone. However, I told him that a new phone could be added to my current plan online with 0% down payment whether you are an international student or a PR or a citizen. To get things worse, he replied that's the website and it does not know if I am a student or not! Crazy that is FR. I had been in Canada for 5 years and I had a credit card and I already had a plan with them. I had had contracts with Koodo and Bell before and had never seen such rude behavior!

Avoid this company. They have a horrible online paying system and, if you have a prepaid account and run out of data, once you refill, they'll charge at an extremely high price per megabyte. Definitely the worst mobile company in the area.

Excellent service from the Montreal Trust Fido. Especially Matteo and Witzon. They were very polite, attentive, and patient with me. They definitely satisfied my expectations/needs, when it comes to finding the perfect phone and plan for me.Will definitely be coming back.

The worst experience in my life. That guy Charles Alexander is a very rude custumer service agent, probably he did not get a well training from FIDO or just FIDO do not care about his customers.

Witzson offered an exceptional level of customer experience. Not only did he patiently answer all of my questions, he noticed I was paying too much for add-ons and volunteered to help me bring down my plan cost without my having to ask. As well, he followed up with me weeks after our initial meeting when he noticed the price of a phone I wanted had dropped. I don’t typically leave reviews but Witzson’s dedication to the customer experience shines through and I believe he deserves recognition. 1000/1000
