They have the best electronics with different accessories and also good products for pets and household items. I ordered products from EZONEDEAL via THE BAY for Christmas gifts but out of all I missed two items of 'Digital Battery Alternator Tester 12 V For Car Batteries'. I tried to communicate through email, call and texts but neither I get my stuff nor refund till now. Very bad customer service and finally they rob my money. So sad.

If there is 0 star i would choose to give it zero star . As i ordered gloves from ezondeal and product is from Hudson bay . I ordered hand gloves on jan beginning and i still didn't not receive my item . It's for winter and it will be over but my gloves delivery status will be out of delivery forever !!! And i am so frustrated because even i am trying to contact them , but there is no response. So, finally i decided to post it here . I hope i get my money back .
