These guys define what great telephone customer service is. I normally don't write reviews, but they fully deserve one. I had to call to inquire about an HVAC issue and the was no sale on the line - yet Mike at Noble took a solid 5-10 mins of his time on 2 separate calls to walk through an easy to understand and detailed explanation of the issue. Top notch. Kudos. I would shop there any day, and will if I need to.

order a part, 2 small half inch copper parts and waited 20 minutes when nobody else was there, was told it would be brought out to our vehicle, guy comes out, ignores us and drops it on the ground by their front door where we had not seen, goes right a customer that had JUST arrived and just called 20 minutes after we called. Burned 10 more mins of our time waiting for the part. terrible service, the lady on the phone was even short with us. we hadgone there for a guy that spends a ton of money there. NEVER AGAIN
