I have absolutely loved my time working with Hair Club! I got my first hair system about 2 months ago now, and I can’t stop leaving with a smile on my face every time. I am only 23 and working with the hair club has been an amazing experience.There are a lot of steps to process and necessary care instructions, so give the process time and be patient. Let the stylist learn more about you so they can best fit your preferences and the style you want!I would recommend this place to anyone, Brenda, Vanessa, Aliya and the rest of the team are so enthusiastic and happy for you. When they finally see the vision every worked together to achieve.Thank you!!

Very Very Disappointed! I was blasted through text from CEO Mike about an open house & free consult. I called the attached number 2 days in a row over 5 times, no one ever answered the phone. I googled and called the King st location as I was 2 blocks away to come in and the receptionist said sorry that location doesn't provide consults. You're going to have to drive an hr to North York to do the consult then you can go to King St for only certain treatments. Seriously??? Why would anyone looking for good customer service want this service. I was really looking forward to booking an xtrands appointment, but nothing about my entire experience was positive. If you're going to send out mass texts make sure the right number is attached, if you're going to offer a promotion make sure people aren't misled, and for gosh sakes train your receptionist to try to accommodate the customer however possible.

What makes someone a good hair stylist ? Stylist who listens to clients, understands their requests, pays attention to detail, never rushes, courteous, smiles and laughs at jokes and lastly knows the job well enough. All these qualities are found in Rumana. She is new in this world but within such a short period of time she gained next 5 years worth experience. I sincerely wish her all the best; thanks to Hair Club for hiring and training such a good stylist . Simply the best! Better than all the rest !!

I have been with HairClub for quite a while and it really been great, the staff has been amazing in making sure you look your best, I go to the North York Location and with the help of the stylist Colleen Drew I can really see an improvement in my hair, the products recommended really make a difference in not only strengthening your hair but to get the look that you are going for, the key is to be consistent and after 3 -4 years I am really happy with the overall results. I not only use the products but have recommended my family and friends to get them as well, glad to know that everyone is very happy with the results. I would say try it and see for yourself.Thank you Colleen for all your help :)

My experience in hair club downtown Toronto it’s being amazing. Start with Camila in the front desk always welcome you and make you feel that you are at home . The stylist Martha , loving her , she has dedication and passion in her job no body can do it better . Management Vanessa she is so knowledgeable and always there to give you advices and solutions . In general amazing people. I recommend office in Toronto downtown the best because of people , knowledge in what they do and said , warm place , friendly , helpful , open mind , always there to listen. I just love here . Please come and visit them . You will leave with a big smile . 100 % customer satisfaction .

HairClub of downtown Toronto is absolutely incredible. From the minute you arrive for your consultation you are made to feel comfortable and amongst family. Aliya, the centre manager, is one of the most genuinely wonderful, loving, attentive, and caring professionals I have ever met in my life. The main reason I joined HC is because of her, and I think she can run the world with her exceptional customer service, smile, and professionalism. Aliya is not alone in making this Downtown Toronto HC special, the staff and stylists including Misha, Vanessa, Brenda, Martha and Rumana are wonderful! My stylist Omar gets a special shout out for working exceptionally hard, for his attention to detail, and for his skills. The Downton TO HC has really changed my life by boosting me self-confidence and making my hair look great! I highly recommend their services and will continue to be a customer thanks to this exceptional team!

I have been a Hair Club member for over 20 years and have always had excellent service. Colleen is the best stylist there and she is always willing to accommodate her clients.

I got wonderful experience at hairclub with my hairstylist Aisha. Aisha is awesome and gives amazing service everytime. Staff is helpful and super nice.

Martha is seriously the definition of customer service. This was my second appointment at HairClub but first time with Martha. She gives you all the information before you even ask her any questions. I even got a haircut from her and I’m satisfied. Consult with her if you get the chance.
