Great service and very professional job

Went for windshield replacement due to the good reviews and quick responses. The quote was competitive and the guy comes to your place so that’s convenient but I was disappointed with the work and ended up with a tear on the upholstery next to the windshield which might not even be fixable now.I was uncomfortable with the way he was removing my cracked original windshield as it looked unprofessional. He had to crack my glass to remove it and the powdered glass was all over. Asked for my vacuum cleaner to clean it yet didn’t bother to clean up the glass powder inside the car. I ended up vacuuming inside. There are stains on the upholstery inside from the work and a cut possible from the knife or the drill he was using to disengage the glass. This is not even fixable and I have ended with a damage more costly than the one fixed.The windshield border also looks scraped on one side. The cabin noise has increased but this could be from my general bad feeling about the work. Work appears careless and untrained. Didn’t get any response after I sent him the tear pics. Wouldn’t recommend for cars you care to keep neat.

Terrible experience with these guys. They don’t know how to do their work professionally. They left a mess in the truck and upon complaining, they just ignored my calls. They need to work on their customer and working skills.
