What on earth is this ..... I ordered a roast beef and cheddar sandwich and they just ignored putting on half the ingredients. If you don't have the ingredients don't sell me the product.

I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED ON WAY HOME I WAS STARVING AND GOT A $13.00 MEAL TO GO. SO ON WAY HOME I UNWRAP Sandwich and it tasted blech so i turned interior light on and it was sooo burnt !!!!

The loaded steak wrap tasted like canned Tuna. Ordered iced Capp and got iced coffee. Had to re-ask and pay for an item that got missed at intercom.

The most DISGUSTING genuinely DIRTY GROSS bathroom I’ve ever seen in a public place let alone a food place. Makes me question the cleanliness of the food prep areas. So gross.

Unfortunately this location has gone wayyyyy downhill. It's very clear that the only reason it's busy is because of the location along the highway. Food looks as though it was tossed on the ground before they give it to you. Drive through staff are rude, trying to rush you and give you your total before you're even done ordering. One girl doesn't give you change at the window when you pay with cash. Zero customer service whatsoever. Choose any other location to support besides this one.

The saddest looking farmer’s wraps I’ve seen across Canada, and the coffee tastes strange some days, almost soapy. Gave this location a few chances.Final straw was when they put bacon on my chicken wrap and I didn’t realize until I was half way through with it.

I went to drive thru..the lady at window was really nice but the boy who was taking the order I don’t know why he was in hurry and so rude. I don’t even want to one star because of him… most of the times I go to this location. But he is so rude and disrespectful

I was treated very rudely by the lady working the drive through on Mar 15th, 2023 @ 5:20 p.m.I was given the wrong item and then she kept saying I ordered a wrap when I didn’t, she made me feel dumb and that isn’t how you treat customers. My son also heard me order the right item.

They are careless in taking orders and fulfilling it. At least once they didn’t give credit for Tim rewards. It seems that they need more training on how to scan a card.
