Great service. No fuss (Queen East location). Very affordable! If you need your bike back quickly, see if you can make an appointment. I just did a walk-in during a very busy week so I got mine back in a week (but I also did not need it very quickly and told them so when I dropped it off). Cash or Debit only.

Got a flat tire recently near there and they took care of it within the time they specified and at a reasonable price.

My bike's right gear shifter was not shifting down at times. From the 1h I spent on YouTube, I concluded that the shifters just had gunk in them and could be cleared by cleaning inside. Apart from that the gears could use some cleaning. According to me, the brakes, cables, and brake pads were totally fine.I went here for a basic tune-up on the 2nd week of April 2023. I told them that the only problem was the right gear shifter and the gears were dirty. I also gave them a disclaimer that from my initial research, the shifter problem could be solved by some cleaning, but I was no expert. They said ok, and I was informed that it would be $65 plus the cost of any cables and pads that needed to be replaced. I would not be consulted of these costs in case they needed to be done and I reluctantly agreed because to me, those parts seemed fine.Around 4h later, the tune-up was done, and on the spot, I was told that BOTH the brake pads and the shifter cable was replaced, and it would cost $85!!!! I felt robbed in broad daylight. I confirmed that everything else was fine and left.3 weeks (2 bike rides each < 10km) later, the gear shifting problem still existed. They fixed nothing. It seems like they just saw it as an opportunity to dump a cable-replacement cost (that I didn't need) on me. This weekend, I followed a YouTube video and sprayed WD40 through the gap of the gear shifter screw, shifted it a few times, and voila, the problem was fixed. Ya, I'm not an expert, but it seems that they aren't experts either!I'm pretty disappointed because the reviews mentioned that they don't pull stunts like this and they were true to their service. Oh well, the quest for a genuine, honest, and cost effective bike repair location continues.

John was so helpful. He allowed me to explain what I was having trouble's with (5 minute rant) after listening to me he then told me his approach and executed it beautifully. My tires are like brand new on my bike. My new bike repair shop. I'm super excited to do more buisness with Ya Bike's.

I recommend this shop :)My front wheel had a pretty bad wobble so I brought my bike in for wheel truing on a Tuesday. They said they would fix it by Thursday at the soonest, but they got it done in about 4 hours. A lot sooner than expected! Especially since it's the beginning of bike season.I appreciate that they give you a receipt with a breakdown of services. I paid $22 for the truing, which is totally reasonable. Overall, this shop has lower prices compared to others in the city.

The team here has been amazing. They re-assembled my bicycle (it was disassembled for traveling) and they did a great job. I had another small issue with my bike (my fault) and they were able to help me fix it quickly. Shout out to Souhel. Super friendly, super nice. Definitely recommend this place!

Had a good first experience. Left my bike there for a flat tire fix service. The price for the service is fair! They gave me a sales receipt including prices and what was done. I like to know what I’m paying for. Overall, great service replacing the front tube of my bike!
