The pharmacy is useless and the staff in the pharmacy are rude. I called ahead specifically asking for a certain medication, they said yes, I get there it's empty and she says oh I just saw a red box" didn't even bother to take the 5 steps over to check before lying to me on the phone. She didn't even apologize for the inconveniences just shrugged like "not my problem". Not to mention they've messed up two of my prescriptions and anytime my doctor faxes anything they don't receive it. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Awful place."

Terrible service! I waited 45 minute because I really needed to ask 1 question to the pharmacist and was never helped. I can understand busy but to answer phones before dealing with customers who took the time to come in is ridiculous. While waiting I encountered 2 very disrespectful people in the store as well. I am very disappointed in my whole experience there.

Pharmacy was very rude. I’ve called up there twice today. The attitude is terrible. If they don’t want to work there and help. Find a different job. The customers don’t deserve the attitude

The pharmacy is very rude. I called because I had a script filled at another pharmacy and they told me I was covered by my coverage for the cost. The Harrow pharmacy told me that my coverage didn't cover it. I called to ask to get refunded. They told me I was a liar and that they never said that and I must have made this all up. And this wasn't my first bad experience with them. The pharmacist was very rude to me when I asked to get a refill on a prescription and made comments about me as a mother. Whereas every other shoppers I called was super helpful and gave me no issues to refill my son's eye drops. I don't understand why they were so mean when I was being very calm and neutral on the phone. I will not go back. I will drive out of town to get my prescriptions filled. She made me feel crazy on the phone by calling me a liar until I saw the rest of the reviews for the shoppers

My partner and I visited this establishment today and we were rudely approached by the owner Pat Coughlin. He started to lecture us about the covid virus since he felt we we had no knowledge of. He said from the same household only one person should be in the store. He was very sarcastic with us and told us we were taking up space in his store. (There were other couples in the store) when we entered the store together not one staff member approached us with their rules. When we walked into the store there was a staff member greeting us and she approached us and pumped hand sanitizer on our hands , which we felt was great, but she did not mention to us their store rules. We respect all store rules BUT please do not approach us with anger and tell us we are taking up space in your store. Please Pat no worries , we will never enter your establishment.

This shoppers is my regular go to store for things that I need as I live blocks away, but I have to be honest, I need to pick up stuff today and I'm sitting here and just the idea of walking in there fills me with dread. About two months or so ago I was going to check if they had paper products. I was out and didn't hoard like most. After checking a few times I finally asked, and apologized for even asking, when was a good time to get paper products because I didn't want to keep coming out and potentially expose myself to COVID. I was told VERY sternly NOT to rush the door.I have been coming to your store since I moved to this town 5 years ago. They've never known me to be that person. I was quite sad that I was spoken to this way. I ended up going somewhere else. Then two weeks ago I needed the antibiotic eye drops and went in at 9:45 not realizing it was seniors hour for another 15 minutes. Was I ever made to feel bad. We are trying to keep our seniors safe!"Fine

I called to make sure I could get passport photos. Then arrived 10 mins later with a baby in tow to find out camera was broken. Now baby was exposed to lots of customers with potential COVID because staff can’t answer simple question on phone. I’m furious.

The pharmacist was extremely rude. I pulled my prescriptions and will never spend money here again.

Love this shoppers the owner and management are really involved. Everyone that works there seem happy to see you and happy to be there
