I have been dealing whit this company for years and I can't say enough on the service of removing dents, paint chips and all of the options they provide. I just had the drivers door repaired from a chip in my new truck and again an excellent job. Great place to deal withSteve

Had brand new vehicle in to get scuff scratch repaired on bumper from dealer.. first time experiencing this repair shop personally and didn’t get off on the right foot. Dropped vehicle off and had a couple questions about the repair because I had no previous conversation about what would be done and was greeted with annoyance and asked “ what would you like us to do” sarcastically! The shop manager is rude and not customer oriented whatsoever!Had a couple requests because of the fact it’s an unsecured lot and cars are in and out all day parking close/ opening doors next to my vehicle just sitting there for a few days. Was told not responsible for and damage to vehicle and was pointed to the sign outside on the wall. Wow!Also was told I’m being too difficult with too many requests and he doesn’t have time to deal with me and I shouldn’t be there anyway because the dealer should’ve sent the car there.Funny because you’re a customer oriented business!! My point is, very unprofessional staff, very dismissive and very impolite and inconsiderate considering the fact they’re dealing with peoples possessions.Would never recommend or take my vehicle there EVER again.

Took my car there to have dents removed and scratches repaired. The dents were removed but the scratches weren't even touched the only thing they did was wax the car so the scratches weren't noticeable .They do great dent work but I diffently wouldn't recommend this place for scratches repairs, it's a waste of your money. So I don't recommend this place for any scratch repaired because they didn't even do what they got paid for.

Steve came out to my work and did an AMAZING! Did I say AMAZING! Job!!. Dartmouth Dodge referred him to me and I couldn't be happier. I couldn't believe he was able to remove the dent, to a point you can't even tell there ever was one! Feel so much better about my car. 100% Satisfied. A+ Highly recommend

Had a small scratch on my driver's side door and went to dent wizard for a quote. Seemed like I was inconveniencing the guy at the counter when I asked him to have a look and give me a quote. Quote was 400$ more than other body shops in the area and when I asked for details on what they were actually going to do to fix the door the guy wouldn't elaborate and just told me 1000$ plus tax. Would recommend boutilers auto body which is only a couple buildings over. They explained exactly what they were going to do to fix my door, they fixed my door to where you would never know anything ever happened to it and it was way cheaper than the quote from dent wizard. I've heard great things about this place and I know they can do good work which is why I went in but not impressed with the prices or their customer service.

Spoke with them on getting an estimate. They told me to bring the car in which I did and upon arrival I was told that there was no one available to take a look at my car, and the only person that could was in a meeting. When I asked if they could take a second and ask the person that was in a meeting what time they would be available so that I could rearrange my day and stay in the city because I had driven 1 1/2 hours into town I was told that that was impossible, and if they were in a meeting and could not be interrupted. Such a small thing, but seems so difficult. Just looking to get a quote and set up an appointment and that seem to be too tough for these guys.

Great service, my car was fixed to my liking.

I had an appointment for an estimate. He came out seemed like a nice guy. Told me they would email me my estimate...never heard from them again. I called every day for a week and they refused to return my calls. Never been ghosted by a business before. Very unprofessional. So unprofessional they don't even do the work. Zero stars if I could.

Could not solve my issue, but provided information as to where I cold get repairs done on a cracked wheel. Repairs worked out great, so good Intel from Dent wizard.

Excellent work and very reasonably priced! I had three estimates for repairing some scrapes on the left shoulder of my bumper; Dent Wizard was less than half of the other two chain body shops and the work was as good as I've seen anywhere. I highly recommend them. Sorry, no before picture.
