For some reason this mcdonalds gets really lost in themselves when it comes to the pop machine. Almost every pop you order will be half full, with no ice, and flat. It has happened almost every trip to McDonald’s to the point we just ask for no drink and buy one at the store beside. If you want a medium drink, make sure to order and pay for a large because they will only fill it up to a small or medium drink.

I tried to use their app to order since cold drinks are much less expensive with it. Unfortunately it would not work and I wound up not getting any discount at all. The employee also couldn't make it work. Not even remotely user friendly!

Got it drinks wrong 3 times. Have us iced tea instead of diet coke(I have a diabetic giving with me) then there replace it after with regular coke, again still dining with diabetic and then the diet coke was watered down or not enough syrup. Took over 20 minutes to get our meal, it was wrong also but didn't want to day anything cuz I didn't have another 20 minutes for food

I ordered 2 medium coffees and they were both cold. I went back and asked if I could get them replaced with hot coffee but they only have me one coffee and it was cold too. It this point I brought it back and walked out. I had also ordered 2 vanilla cones in a cup so that my kids wouldn't make a mess but they charged me for a fudge sundae with no fudge. The customer service was horrible from the start. Very disappointing experience.

Just once it would be nice for them to not mess up an order. And when the manager sees you walking in she bolts for the back. Unbelievable…. I get mistakes happen, we’re all human, but EVERY single time.Update July 3, 2023Who is running this establishment? Their ice machine has been broken for over a week.Does the owner NOT care about their store?Look at their score… 2.8 out of 5.You guys need to do better. Get your ice machine fixed or at least let guests know that you don’t have ice.Just unbelievable!!!

Had stood at counter for 10 minutes as I didn’t want to use the order board, wanted to pay cash. Understanding they were busy but after they served 3 customers who entered after me and used self order board I had enough and walked out. They need a better system. Not everyone want to pay with debit/credit.

Everytime we order something is messed up! Last time i order no cheese on my burger, the tag on the top even said no cheese. And guess what ?, There was cheese on my burger. And they even forgot to put a whole order of chicken nuggets in that we ordered. Plus we only found this out when we got home. Which isn't a hop skip and jump from there.

Ordered two meals, these are both our med fries we got, not the first time either they seem to be pretty stingy on the food, or not putting much sauce on the burger. Last time I was there I ordered a caramel sundae the manager handed it to me not even half full I asked for more ice cream and she came back and said I filled it and put fudge on it .. I guess that was suppose to make me happy even tho I ordered a caramel sundae I don’t even like fudge so she was pretty upset when I asked for a new caramel one. I understand it’s a new place but seems to happen quite a bit hopefully they get trained better or something.

Excitedly went there to grab the new Chicken Big Mac, when I got home I was left disappointed... How do you mess up this badly on what is essentially McDonald's iconic burger.. both chicken patties were on the same layer, topped with only Big Mac sauce... No lettuce, onions pickles or cheese.. definitely didn't order it like that. It's not the first time my order has been messed up and probably won't be my last.
