A D Tractor Trailer & Coach Repair Inc.

This is definitely the most unprofessional tractor trailer repair business in the greater Toronto area. I have been calling this person for two weeks to come and take a look at one of our tractors. He finally came, after a few calls, and then told us that it was too dark, after insisting on finally coming in the evening one day. He later promised us on Friday that he would definitely come and look at the tractor again on Monday, but he did not. My staff had to keep calling him after he said that he would come 100% on Monday to look at it. We called him again today, and he said he didn't come to look at the tractor because we did not call to remind him.This is not someone we would trust doing business with, or could possibly rely on because their word has no meaning. This person used coarse language, after raising their voice on the phone. Extremely unprofessional. I would rate them 0/5. Go to any one else in the area. Waste of time.I hope this saves others valuable time, which they could be spending growing their own businesses. Have a great day :)
