Clean and neat semi market style shopping. Meat is reasonable quality. But would be nice to see this or other stores like it change from expensive packaging and plastic trays and rappers. Guess the Government, almost monopoly food markets and consumers are all talk about environment. I don't eat the all colours boxes. Yes I know what's in them

FRAUD alert. I purchased product in the amount of $129.63 on Jun 12th and the Apple Pay Debit was declined on the pin pad but was actually charged to my account. We then used my credit card to make a payment as well. When I noticed this discrepancy I thought surely they will correct it, but they have not.I have returned to the store three times with my receipt and duplicate charges showing, each time I was told the duplicate charge would be reversed and it's now been two weeks with no call or email, and most importantly, no credit of the duplicate charge.While I recognize that technology can create problems, the fact that management is ignoring my reports is a major concern for me and I will not be returning to the store anymore for purchases if this isn't made right. I am not in the habit of posting reviews, but this needs to be made known in case it's a broader problem.

I recently visited the Sobeys location in North London, Ontario and it was a fantastic shopping experience. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable, and the selection of products was excellent. The produce section was fresh and vibrant, and the meat counter had a great variety of options. Checkout was quick and efficient, with minimal wait times. Overall, this Sobeys location is a top-notch grocery store that provides a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!

The store is clean and well organized.Isles are clearly marked making it easy to find what you're looking for.Items available offer a good selection and are fresh making it unlikely you'll run into any exposed products.There are lots of different meals ready to serve.There's also beer available which is quite a decent selection for a grocery store and the beer is available until 11pm!

Even-though I live 5 min from this store, I never been here before. Lots and lotss of selections in all sections. When all the stores closed at 6pm on New year eve, we found the perfect cake in this store.

Tonight observed a customer with their pet dog on a leash. Not a service dog. They were checking out so no staff spoke to the woman. Really Sobeys? This is definitely against health regulations for a good reason yuck!

A nice and clean store. They always have fresh fruits and vegetables that look better than other stores. I frequent the deli counter and the staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions.

Been shopping here for years. Unfortunately for whatever reason the rude woman at the front door tried stopping people from coming into the store before it was closed tonight on Christmas eve. I needed one item for Christmas dinner and understood I needed to be out before they close. An argument ensued and she tried to make me feel guilty that I was preventing staff from going home on time on Christmas eve? She eventually let me and others in. I purchased the roasting pan I needed, paid, and left the store BEFORE they were closed as promised. If you're open until 6pm, you're open until 6pm. I realize customers trying to keep the store open past closing is rude, especially on Christmas, but I was simply trying to shop within the posted hours. Horrible way to treat a long term customer.
