It's always a pleasure dealing with Sean. Sean provides exceptional customer service with orders. He is upfront and transparent when providing information, such as lead times and pricing, to his clients.Many customers will judge a business on how they handle problems that arise. My experiences with Sean don't come without the occasional (but rare) error, such as an incorrect part; however, Sean goes above and beyond to rectify errors in a very timely manner. He puts his clients first and this is the kind of experience you can expect at Subieland.

Ordered an exhaust last month - sent 3/4 emails to them and have received no contact regarding the non shipment of my exhaust. Looks like I will have to file for a chargeback at this rate. Extremely annoying situation.

Subieland provides a quick, efficient and professional service. I’m ordered several times through Sean (Subieland), and he is always able to find the best deals with the quickest shipping times. In the past, I’d ordered through other websites (ft86 etc.) and have found myself waiting weeks to months with poor customer service. It wasn’t until I ordered my first round of products through Sean that I realized he is the best option for these services. If you want the almost instant replies with the best customer service that you can get from someone, Sean is the guy to trust with all your Subie/86 needs! 100% would recommend!

I had a very good experience with Sean at Subieland regarding parts I needed for my 2020 Subaru BRZ TS. I searched the website for some specific parts that were not listed and emailed Sean to figure out if he could get them from me. He replied within a few hours and provided me with a quote that matched other vendors. The transaction went smoothly over Paypal with a detailed receipt and the tracking number was later sent at my request. The items arrived from the United States less than two weeks after my purchase, very well packaged and in perfect condition. The part numbers were all matching and all the items fit perfectly.I had to send Sean some back and forth emails regarding tracking and invoice, but he got the job done. No BS, no excuses, and straight to the point. Everything was done right and I will keep ordering all my parts from this vendor. This is definitely the place to buy genuine parts if your own a Subaru.

Product showed as being in-stock on website. Wrote multiple messages to enquire about expected shipment date/time was told 1-2days; 5 days later and after an other enquiry was told that they dont know when the order will be processed. Waited 16 days to be told they dont actually have it in stock and dont know when they'll be able to process the order. Cancelled my order after 16days to buy elsewhere.

Sean is easy to deal with and straight to the point regarding products and timelines. He's always quick to provide pricing and has answered questions whenever asked. When issues arose with the supplier, he updated me and the turnaround was fairly quick.I will always recommend him to anyone seeking aftermarket and/or genuine parts.

Been waiting for a part for over a month. Can’t track the order. Have been trying to contact them but won’t get any response over the phone or online. Sent two emails and haven’t received any response. Would not recommend these guys.

Great customer service and fast shipping! I followed up two weeks after my confirmation email because I didn't hear anything yet. I recieved a response within a few hours! Sean let me know they were still waiting for the product from the manufacturer, and gave me an estimated arrival. The product arrived one day after they were shipped! Super happy and will be back for more parts in the future!
