This has an incredible selection and probably the nicest staff I have met at a retail store..Very laid back and knowledgeable about their products, they have always been able to help me find what I was looking for, as well as show me some cool new things!Overall: Very kind staff, great selection and great price make this the best place for smoking items and piercings in Cambridge IMO! 5/5!*Props to Andrea, the nicest employee I have met at a retail store. Friendly service,but have I have baught 3 bowls from here that have all had defects. As well as two times I've gone to go into the store an hour after they are supposed to be open and the doors are locked so I come back after running around it's still locked with a come back in 30 minutes note after already almost a hour been open since 11 and doors have been locked 3 extra hours this is not professional. How to you plan to run a business when your closed for 3 hours longer then posted needs to fhange

UPDATEJust visited here the other day. The service is incredible. They went out of their way, again, to make sure I had what I needed. This is the go to spot for all of the TriCities area. HIGH FIVE to the lady working, absolutely a delight.OLD POST BELOWJust purchased a dab rig and accessories. Not the first time here, and definitely not the last. The quality of product is great.The service is what keeps me going back. The lady that works there is so friendly, knowledgeable, and takes pride in the shop. She has great taste too, uwell.

Went here for the first time to take a look at the stock and I must say I am quite surprised by the variety of items here. Nick was such an amazing help, he took his time to carefully explain each product that I had questions about and made sure that he did it in a way that was very polite. He even recommended products to choose over the other and was super honest. Most stores I visit will always try to upsell the most expensive product, but I knew that wasn't the case here. I ended up purchasing some pre-rolls but am definitely looking forward to visiting again in the future to purchase a bong.

Average place to go, nothing too bad but nothing too special either.They didn't carry a lot of name brand items that I was looking for when I last visited.The staff I've dealt with are very friendly and helpful, I have to say.If I had to pick, I would travel to Medusa in downtown Guelph instead of Rock Universe if you're looking for high quality products but if you're looking for a quick pick up, this place would do.

Mitch is the greatest! I came in looking for weed but his skills as a salesman combined with his knowledge and passion made me spent almost a half weeks paycheck! Great guy great store. Happy customer!
