I was in a minor MVC in Aug 2022 and it was the first that I had ever been in. I thought I felt fine, but within days I started feeling pain from my lower back to my neck. I saw that this clinic accepted MVC insurance cases and so I called them and the rest is history.The front staff were so compassionate and explained the process to me and also booked me in within days for a consultation with the physiotherapist, Raymon. This was definitely not my experience calling a couple of other physiotherapy clinics who were just not accepting me because I was an MVC insurance case. Very disheartening.I started treatment, which was initially intensive and gradually tapered off until I felt like I was myself pre MVC.Raymon was professional, direct, reliable, knowledgeable and caring. During my assessment, I began to feel foolish thinking I was a minor case and that whatever injury I had wasn't worth physio treatment. I couldn't believe I was beginning to feel emotional and Raymon noticed and definitely made me feel at ease (and also explained that such events take their emotional and physical tolls on us).All paperwork was processed through his clinic as were the payments. I never had to pay directly out of pocket either, which was very helpful. I would submit receipts to my insurance company and then transfer the funds to the clinic. That process is very helpful.His staff are also incredibly kind and non-judgmental. It's a jovial atmosphere and that's what you want where you're undergoing treatment for pain. They are amazing and are doing great work alongside Raymon.I highly recommend this location if you're looking for physiotherapy services. Raymon and his team will treat you well and will set you on your road to recovery.Thank you!

Neha is amazing! She is one of the best PT I have ever met. She truly does the best work. I can’t thank her enough for all that she does for her clients. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Phenomenal therapist hands down!

The first time I walked into CN Physiotherapy, my lower back wouldn't allow me to bend forward. Neha Marepally performed a thorough assessment, gave me an accurate diagnosis, and proposed a well informed treatment plan. Neha is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. She takes the time to make sure the patient understands what is happening, and what lies ahead. After a few weeks of treatment and home-exercises, I am back to a normal pain-free life. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neha and her team to anyone requiring physiotherapy.

I visited this center for wrist pain. First day itself, Ramyon chalked out a treatment plan and set goals for upcoming weeks. We closely tried to follow it. He recommended some home exercises as well and I had lot of improvement in my wrist pain after end of ~8 weeks. Also, Raymon and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Environment was lit and welcoming.

Raymon developed a treatment plan from my initial visit and set progressive goals throughout my eight week sessions. He took his time to explain things clearly, with patience and positive feedback. Great place, staff is super friendly. Had an appointment on my birthday and 4 different staff members each took time to wish me happy birthday! Physio is well done and professional.

I was under treatment of Neha Marepally for severe lower back pain which deeply affected my mobility. She and her staff was immensely helpful and caring, and I have now recovered. Victoria was also extremely kind in accommodating my requests for schedule change. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend CN Physiotherapy.

I was referred to CN Physiotherapy recently for treatment of chronic knee pain. Neha Marepally handled the diagnosis and created a treatment plan tailored to my needs and abilities. I've seen definite improvement already, after only a few weeks of treatment, and expect to improve further as I continue on my own at home with the assigned exercises.All staff members that I met were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Neha was always ready to answer any questions I had, even ones not directly involving my knees.I've been to a few other physiotherapy clinics in the past, CN is my favorite so far. Neha is truly a wonderful and professional physiotherapist. She is very smart and is able to treat many conditions. She listens to you and tests in order to diagnose the problem. I went in with a very painful QL muscle and sore sacroiliac joint. Neha was able to diagnose it accurately and she administered the proper treatment. Thank you very much Neha!
