The owner or the person in charge is not nice, rude at a certain point. Anyway, if you want to use this laundry, bring your own change. Otherwise, if you use your debit card, they are going to charge 0.25 cents only to get change. BTW is cheap that others laundry in the area.Second time in this place. Honestly, do not come here. Your clothes are going to be checked for the owner, she is an old Chinese lady, picky and arrogant. She likes to complain about everything you do in the laundry.

Good place to get some keys cut (a little bit limited to types of keys though). Have also brought a client's laundry here, and she did a great job with it. It's also nice and close, and has been there forever it seems.

The lady who runs this establishment is very rude. This is my third time coming here, today I went for 2 loads and she wanted me to use 3 washers, and didn’t want me yo use one big and one small washer. She finally agrees to let me use a large washer, but she wouldn’t let me start the washer, she told me to give her $5 even tho the washer says that it’s $4. Then about 5 min before the washer cycle is done she turns a switch behind the washer and turns it off before my clothes are were done the spin cycle, leaving me with soggy wet clothes that took forever to dry.

Do not use this for your drycleaning. I took a blazer in. Got it back still dirty and had an iron burn mark on back. $15 wasted. Oh yes and they don't take credit cards & won't take debit for unde $5

Visited this place as it was the only place which is opened till 7 PM on Saturday. But never go there again.Agreed that it’s the cheapest around the area but most of the machines are old. Some machines were not functional. I had to give money to operators and they start the machine from inside. The lady was in charge too involved and picky. She’s trying to sort our dresses and always follows us to check what we are doing. No choices to make for us have to follow her.Not recommended but cheap!

Very old machines and for a double duvet i was forced to use a massive machine at 7$ per load, with the complsint my duvet would break her double load washers. No chance since I've been washing it in a regular home washer for years !!! As well i brought a single load for drying and she didnt like me putting all into those massive barrel gas dryers !

No issues at all, clean and well-run establishment. The owners work there and run the drop off laundry service. They might direct you which machines to use because they use some for the drop off service. I found them both very pleasant. They have a debit machine in the back to give you change which is nice so you don’t need to worry about hitting a bank or ATM first. Washers take loonies and/or quarters, driers are quarters only. Front load washers run $2.50 for a cycle and driers are $0.25 per 5 min. 20 min drying was enough for my medium sized load. Total time was 50 min. 30 for wash and 20 for dry. They did show me how to use the machine and how much detergent to use (I gather people overload soap quite a bit and front loaders don’t need much).
