I needed help with pictures for a school project. The young lady was amazingly helpful and such a nice person, would definitely appreciate that type of assistance everywhere I shop.

I was just at this location and the person behind the counter for printing things should take a course on how to deal with the public. I asked for information on how to print from my cell and didn't get any help whatsoever. She should learn how to deal with people who are not cell phobe literate. I don't think I will be returning to this location. Anyways not for help on how to print from a cellphone.

Unfortunately they have Pierre working at the photocopying machines and he has no clue what he is doing. Service is limited due to language issues. I witnessed complaints after complaints while waiting for my copies. Let’s get someone that knows how to use a computer. Please !! I contacting stamples customer service and they weren’t able to help me being blah blah blah. I predict that engros will seize to exist in the following year due to their high prices and customer service situation of huge corporations. Found a local copy shop that is able to help. Msg me directly for the contact info, not to far away. Much better customer service. Over priced pencils! Lol and Pierre, enough said. He was laughing at the clients and blamed corporate for all his actions. Very unionized employee.

Usually good experience. But I've never seen an employee so rude with an elderly couple before just for asking about plastification of the vaccination QR code. All they needed was info and were shamed because the sign said out of stock.

I like that they are well organized, at least in respect for the schedule. I had both sets of tires (for a Rabbit) changed at them, and everything worked just fine. I can experience some well balanced winter tires, and it feels good...

The most horrible printing service. I paid for a service the company did not do. I paid for a 24 hour service printing, when arriving the printings were not ready and we had to wait over 2 hours to receive the printings. Then the product was terrible bad quality of the paper. If your printing is important just stay away from this place .

Awesome experience with the lady at the copy center. She was working alone but made sure everyone was professionally answered. She multitasked and meticulously did her task. Thank you Katheline for making my experience enjoyable today.
