I have 2 Pomeranians and I completely trust his professionalism!! He never tries to sell me stuff or try and make a quick buck. He is straight up old school vet and I love taking my pets here! In any kind of emergency I can count on him anytime of the day.

I've never been to this vet with my lab but called after my dog ate a package of candy (and wrappers) that was left out by mistake. Dr Neilson was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Thank you .Update: Have dealt with Dr Neilson a couple more times since my original post. He's a very thorough and caring vet who puts a lot of effort in to his work. I feel very comfortable taking my dog to his clinic.

Okay vet, knowledgeable but he was kind of rude. He didn’t deworm my kitten, instead I just was sold the medicine with no means to administer it. Kittens need a set of vaccinations and I tried to set up another appointment for the next one while I was in the office after my appointment, but it was towards the end of the day and they were reluctant to do it then, and told me they’d send me a postcard for a reminder. I found a different vet instead.

When we had to say goodbye to our family dogs, the compassion and heart they show to our dogs and us is priceless. During this very difficult time we had noticed the heart felt sincere Sympathy for our family. This is the only place for our furry family.

Dr. Neilson and his staff are very kind, caring and compassionate and deliver their care in a professional manner. Very comforting when your beloved pet is sick. I would highly recommend this vet.!!

We are very pleased with the warm service we recieved here. Im a private home care nurse and my client had to bring her very ill cat to the vet. The doctor here was on his own in the office and handled everything so well. Dr Neilson was great with my client and was kind in offering her the decisions available. I defiantly recommend this veterinary hospital.

The best animal hospital I have ever dealt with. Dr. Nielson is an exceptional veterinarian. He includes you as the owner in the assessment of the animal. He calmly and patiently explains exactly what is going on with your animal presenting you with the facts surrounding their ailments and every option available to you in terms of treatment and how it may affect their outcome. The knowledge and compassion provided by him and his staff allow you to make the best choices available for your animal.

My dog has had ongoing ear infections. Dr.Neilson took the time to show me a model of a dog's ear, why the infection could be reoccurring, and what I could do to improve her care. He is a caring and compassionate vet.

I d guive it at least one star if they cared to guive my puppy an appointment to get her second vaccin.but as most veterinary..they wont . and proceedures will occure for refusal to provide nessessary care to a puppy. Especially if by the all veterenary near by only i can access by their refusals, puppy ends up sick. I ve seriously had it with veterinary none sens. I did not ask for free care , just normal routine payed for care ... All animal clinic vets shall be ashamed of them selves . most likely , if i cannot get a vet that truly care enough for animals, i will have to spend double on emergency care, shame.. None have a good valuable excuse for such refusal. And i have to guive one star to undeserving clinic.but i truly mean zero
