Our insurance company arranged this company to come observe the damage etc . Long story short, our insurance company wouldn't cover the damages. My husband and I tried for countess days to get in touch with this company to receive a quote on how much it would cost to fix. The receptionist said we had to talk to Diane. Well every time we called, Diane wasn't in...Diane was out...Diane should be here soon. We left our number every time and no one ever did call us back. Finally after a couple weeks, we got in touch and she said they never did a quote for the damages and that even if we wanted to get it fixed, it would take months. Never even offered to suggest a waitlist.Unprofessional.
