First class dentists and hygeinists and receptionists and very clean offices with very friendly fun waiting room with big TV. Location of office is easy to find in downtown Toronto-I have been going to this dental office for decades and all personnel are professional and friendly.

The clinic staff are very friendly and great at putting patients at ease. Dr. Zadeh has a calming presence, she explains each step of the procedure so you are not taken by surprise. She is responsive to feedback and uses techniques that minimize discomfort. She is one of the reasons my anxiety about dental work has gone down over the last few years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

I had a root canal done that was pain free and i was given an explanation of every portion of the procedure. I left fully satisfied and relieved. From the front desk staff to the medical team all persons involved were friendly and professional. A week later I had another emergency issue and I was immediately brought in and again everything was done was 10's across the board. These visits best dental service I've ever had. Thanks so much!

Dentists and support staff are knowledgeable, friendly, caring & empathetic to your needs; reinforcement of cleanliness; they ask the right questions of any health issues to keep their records updated and suggest the best procedures for your needs. The offices are filled with artwork that present a calmness upon entering. Receptionists will work with you with ANY queries that you may have. SMILE......!

Everyone here was so positive, upbeat and reassuring about the procedure (re-do of a previous root canal) and even tricky insurance processes. I felt validated and taken care of by every person on the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kilislian and her outstanding practice.

Dr Zadeh is really kind and recommended I come visit the clinic as I was in between dental offices since I was not happy with my previous one. Nadia is always very warm and welcoming. I've been to the same dentist my whole life, so was nervous to switch to a new one downtown. These people, from the admin, to hygienists, to the dentist, such kind and great folks! They give honest feedback and explain what's going on with my teeth which I've never had before, really appreciate it.

Love Them! The whole team at Downtown Dental make what would otherwise be a extremely uncomfortable experience (going to the dentist) pleasurable. From reception to hygienists to dentists, [the whole team] is knowledgeable, extremely friendly and-dare I say, easy on the eyes too…oh did I mention the office is superhero themed AND they have arcade games in the reception area- the kids will love it!. 10/10
