I can't praise Mick and Tim enough for the fantastic job that they have done to fix my scooter.I spent a fortune with another scooter builder to rebuild my scooter only to get it back in such a dangerous and unroadworthy condition.I called Mick about the wobbly back wheel and a terrible judder through the whole scooter on braking.Mick collected the scooter free of charge and spotted other things that had not been fitted correctly he invited me to his workshop and explained everything to me that was wrong before starting any work.To say the scooter was dangerous was an understatement. Mick and Tim basically had to take the scooter apart and start again.They have done a fantastic job and my scooter has never ran so good and is finally the scooter I dreamed of.I would never take my scooter to anyone else I trust these guys 100 percent.I only wish I had gone to Surrey Scooter Services in the first place and saved myself a lot of Time Trouble and Money.

Knowledgeable guys, with a proper 'old fashioned' approach to service.My scooter had what initially seemed to be a simple issue, but proved to be rather more serious - Tim & Mick spent ages trying various solutions, conferring with other dealers and experts for advice, before identifying the solution and fixing the scooter - all for a reasonable price.Most other dealers would have given up, charged a fortune or returned the scooter as 'fixed' when it wasn't - but not these guys who kept working on it until they were totally satisfied that it was fixed properly.Decent scooter dealers are, sadly, thin on the ground these days, especially in Surrey and Sussex, but thankfully these guys are in business!

There is no substitute for experience. Mick has been building scoots for years and it shows in every aspect. He built me an engine 6 years ago that is still going great guns and the reason i got him to build my other one.

Thought these guys were great until I took my scoot in to fix lights and it came back with faulty lights plus a faulty starter button (which was fine before). They took the money and then ignored my calls and messages.

Needed a couple of repairs on my Vespa PX150. Work carried promptly & to price quoted.A few other issues were identified which were quoted for at a reasonable rate, carried out at the same time as others repairs. Old parts were kept for inspection.Will be using Surrey Scooter Services for a service & MOT.

Soon after buying my Lambretta SX I was experiencing a very smokey engine.Rather than take it on the very long journey back to where I bought it,I was advised to give S S S a call and was advised that it sounded like oil seals had gone.I got it booked in and had a complete engine rebuild carried out which gave me complete confidence in riding my scooter again.Many thanks to MICK and TIM for not only carrying out excellent work but also picking up and dropping off my scooter back to me.Will definitely use these guys again in future

Great service,by very professional staff.The attention to detail and concern was much appreciated.Surrey Scooters really care about the quality of service they provide and i would always trust them to do an excellent job.

Used Surrey Scooter Services on many occasions and wouldn't use anyone else.Always good quality workmanship cannot fault.Highly recommend always got time to discuss options when I know he is very busy

What a great guy Mick is, he has done such an excellent job on my Vespa he kept me up-to-date with the work that was being done. when I was describing the design I wanted he also added ideas to the design of my scooter I was well pleased once finished and if honest it looked better than I could have ever expected So for any future work doing on my pride and joy I will be using Surrey Scooters and I would recommend anyone else that wants work done the service is none other than excellent

Agree with Ian's comments on earlier review.So nice to find a scooter shop which is spot on.Thought there was an issue (there wasn't - just me) after the scoot came back and Mick was quick to offer to come over to sort it. That speaks volumes.Ignore the single negative review left by the disgruntled punter on here. IMO these guys are straight.
