Dalson helped me to install a new furnace and air conditioner 2 months ago. The installers were very professional, courteous and did a very good job. A lot of companies would misguide you and sell you anything you want, but the service of Dalson Canada is beyond my expectation. They will take care of their customer long after the sale and installation was done. This is the gold standard of exemplary customer service!I will recommend their services to everyone ..!!

Dalson Canada helped me install a new furnace. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did a great job and provided me with excellent advice to keep my furnace and air conditioner in tip-top condition. Lots of HVAC companies would misguide you and make the most profit out of you. But Dalson Canada is outstanding; they went above and beyond to help me save money. They set the bar for exemplary customer service! I will recommend their services to all my friends and family!

Furnace maintenance !!My furnace broke late afternoon , they came within two ours to my door. It took them few mins to diagnose problem and fix it. Also gave us knowledge about keeping our furnace tuned .we will definately call them again.

Sam, an enterprising entrepreneur, and owner of Dalson Canada Ltd. has been performing maintenance for my home furnace and cooling system for a couple of years.  He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, meticulous, very polite & professional. Did great repairs service, immediately at a fair price and he possesses good work ethics.He was respectful wearing the mask in this pandemic, while in my house and explaining everything to me that he was doing. Before leaving, he also suggested that I should check my Carbon monoxide devices often, and recommended additional areas in my relatively big home where it should be installed, making certain of utmost safety. He was also instrumental in installing Ecobee Smart Sensor System, that sets the temperature for comfort in the rooms that matter most and helps balance your home temperature by managing hot or cold spots, ensuring peace of mind, and control from anywhere.Sam also recommended our HVAC system replacement, after noticing the wear and tear of the condenser assembly, and as our aging Furnace, that was giving those constant niggles. He had patiently, listened to my concerns, answered our questions, and recommended  the system we wanted and installed it the way it should be installed. The work was done quickly, quietly, and professionally - we hardly knew the install team was there! We're now 3 months in with our new system and we could not be more than happier with Sam’s recommendation.I have nothing but amazing things to say about Sam and his company Dalson Canada Ltd., and his team !
